I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell drive-thru. The employee taking my order was extremely rude and had no basic manners. On top of that, he appeared to be intoxicated, which made the whole situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. It felt like customer service was the last thing on his mind.
I understand everyone has bad days, but this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers. Management seriously needs to address this issue to ensure a safer and more respectful environment.
I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
