Order food inside the cashier was unaware the nuggets came with sauses I was missing my taco that came with the nugget deluxe and my shoftshel tacos where given to me hard shell with chipotle on them very disappointed by the service and the customer service when I tried to call someone identified themselves as the manager and was infact the person who helped me up front

Everything about this location is great besides female employee Lyric B or whichever dark haired caucasion female worked the drive thru this morning. She was downright disgustingly rude and lied saying her name was Sarah. The manager I called after the interaction said they don't have a Sarah on staff.

After an enjoyable road trip with my lovely misses and kids, we stopped at this Taco Bell location and were blown away by the unforgettable service. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch. The order taker was polite and attentive, and the staff at the window greeted us with genuine smiles. We were even greeted with a smile by the shift lead who handed us our delicious fresh food. To the incredible team working there, you should all be proud of the fantastic job you're doing! PRAISE THE LORD ?.
Foods normally good, and they make less mistakes than most fast food restaurants; but the last few months late night they make you wait to order and if there are a couple cars ahead of you it’ll will take 20+ minutes to get to place your order, then you wait for them to make it. Worse part is that when I already have a mobile order placed I can’t just drive to another location or pick somewhere else.

Said they couldn’t make cheesy roll ups for breakfast when I’ve always had no problem before at this same location. Mind you a cheesy roll up is quite literally just cheese and a soft shell. Also I swear their icee machine is ALWAYS down.
