The night shift is lazy, tries to improvise other ingredients into other burritos. Got my burrito cold and without sauce wanted. Go during day time! Night shift is lazy and just talkative during the drive thru.

pulled up to the speaker. automated asking about rewards or whatever. told them we had a mobile order. silence... more silence.... a line starts to build. guess what. even more silence.... we say hello, anyone there.. you guessed right! more silence! so we (as anyone else in our difficult straining situation would) pulled to the window and again. we waited. they continuously glanced through the window at us like we were there to rob them. a young man slid that window open like no one's business. he sassed us right off. apparently he thought we were mal-informed of the drive thru procedure, telling us we were supposed to check in at the speaker. little does he know i'm quite the taco bell regular. and this is not up to my (very low) standards. just ask my ex-boyfriends.

Terrible, terrible, and terrible!!! First of all- the lids weren’t on all the way and went unnoticed since the window is so high up-pop EVERYWHERE.
Next- the street chalupas- ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Like look at this, how is that acceptable? Also they’re crunchy??? It’s supposed to be a SOFT SHELL- absolutely NASTY
LIKE WHAT??? Also the service was terrible- I know for a fact that the worker heard the cup spill cause it was LOUD! Also- the fact the workers sat there looking at me all weird when I asked them for another like- is it that hard to make up for your mistakes??

As others have stated, they never bother to check if your order is correct. Items are always missing. Consistent issue. Avoid this Taco Bell location until they can figure out how to check an order and provide the items that you purchased.

I love tacobell, I get it after concerts, when I'm sad, when I'm with friends, it's so good and cheap
Ordered $85 worth of food for pick up, a total of 15 items, and they forgot 5 of them. I get it that mistakes happen, but how do you not notice that you missed a third of the order? The items that we did get were trash, too. Bean burritos are usually good but not when the beans are as dry as this. Inedible!

Ordered online Tonight, easy pick up with super helpful drive thru worker. Gave me extra diablo-thank you! Got home and demolished my food. It was seriously the best taco bell meal I have ever had. I don't know who was working tonight, but thank you so much for making my day better. I love you.
