Why is it impossible to get napkins when you go through the drive-thru? Food was fine for the most part, but I don't think anyone there is capable of cutting a quesadilla into anything other than rectangles in the building. Staff was helpful with questions.

They keep the dinning room closed and locked up!!! They won’t let people in to wash their hands or eat inside!!! The do this all the time to customers!!!

Omitting ingredients that I didn’t ask to be omitted and skimping on portions on nearly every order lately. It really shouldn’t be this hard to make a Doritos tacos with beans added on. I ordered them on the side today because they never can seem to get that right and then of course, the side order of beans is barely filled.

Standing at the counter being ignored for 5 minutes. Employee asks me to use the kiosk. I use the kiosk. Get ignored for 10 more minutes. Kid finally comes to the counter and rejects my 100 dollar bill. WE COULD HAVE BEEN DONE WITH THIS TRANSACTION 15 MINUTES AGO. Used to be the place I stopped for breakfast on the way to dropping my son at school. I'll go across the street to mcdonalds from now on where my time isn't WASTED.

Hate this mf place I just got off a 12 hrs shift walk down to taco bell and within 10 minutes I was trespass for loitering I will never spend another dollar at this taco bell ??? iykyk
Sat in the drive through for 45 min without moving. Not sure if they have anyone employed here. Had to back out the drive through to get out.

Other than them messing up my order a couple times, this is a very good Taco Bell. My kids love eating here (maybe all kids do) so it's a crowd pleaser.Kid-friendliness: These crunchy tacos are some of the only ones my 8 year old will eat... Without cheese of course.
I normally don't do reviews but I had to due to the quality of my food. I ordered a mexican pizza with extra pizza sauce. I received a cold, mushy pizza with literally no sauce on it at all. I love mexican pizzas & this location usually provides excellent ones. This time was absolutely disappointing.
