I was in on Saturday 3/1 about 7:3opm and the manager on duty was in the dining area on a personal phone conversation swearing and yelling. It wasn't a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my food. The food was fine but that woman was way out of line. The guy who took my order was unfriendly, as well.

We stopped in today to get some food. We ordered a $7 bacon double stack and a $6 double stack. The guy that ordered after us got his food first and left before we even got ours. He even questioned the guy at the counter if all of the bags were his and the guy confirmed. After the guy at the counter slowly put our food in a bag, he never acknowledged that the order was mine but more or less waved it towards me as if it was mine, never said a word. He had no sense of urgency at all. After we finally got our food, we realized we didn’t even get what we ordered but by that time we had no desire to deal with any of the employees and said a Costco slice of pizza would’ve been better.
Every table was in disarray and dirty. One of the employees had their kid there hanging out in the dining area. A female employee walked around the dining room looking for the kid but did nothing about the tables. Whether it was straightening them or even cleaning them. The guy from the counter walked into the kitchen after trying to tickle the kids sides and brought food out to her. We saw maybe 1 employee in uniform. You’d never know any of them work there as they were all dressed in street clothes. We will not be back.

I usually have great experiences at this Wendy's, but my visit on 2/21/2025 was disappointing, largely due to the manager on duty, Johnathan Ramero. My girlfriend is pregnant, and I went to pick up food for her. I showed Johnathan the $5 off coupon on the Wendy's app, but their system wouldn't scan it. Instead of helping, he attempted to deny me the discount I was owed, which is significant these days.
I had to insist he call his manager to resolve the issue, which felt unnecessary. The manager on the phone confirmed I should receive the discount, but I shouldn't have had to argue for it in the first place, and Johnathan wasted 10 minutes of my time, when he could have spent that time serving other customers and taking care of everybody. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, and previous managers handled it much better.
What really bothered me was that Johnathan asked for the names of those managers so he could write them up. This creates a hostile environment not just for customers like me but also for the staff trying to do their jobs. It’s concerning leadership like this that can hurt the Wendy's brand and its reputation.
While I believe the restaurant and staff generally do a good job, Johnathan's attitude left a bad impression. He needs more training on customer interactions. Poor management can lead to decreased customer satisfaction and ultimately impact business. I hope Wendy's addresses this situation to ensure a better experience for everyone in the future.

This Wendy's is my go-to fast food place. I always dine in-store, so I can't say much about the drive through, but orders are speedily prepared and quality consistent (even the potatoes). Never had a messed up order (granted I'm not special requests snowflake). Restaurant is tidy inside. Staff is courteous, especially Jesse. Also, the pop fountain is a Freestyle. I noticed Dave's is usually unavailable, still I can pour my favorite unlike most fountains (limonada agua fresca). It's a good place for a reasonably priced lunch.

This is the worst Wendy’s location I have ever been to. every time I go in there, they are all messing around and chatting it up. Worst customer service ever and it’s like they use that place as a hangout spot for them and their friends or just them. I don’t really know there’s usually a bunch of them in there just hanging out not helping people or doing your job. I’ve literally had to get their attention every time. Also, their food sucks really bad!

The food was barely warm and tasted old. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt that they were having a bad day but this has consistently been our experience the past few times we've gone (for breakfast or lunch or dinner). The biscuit for biscuits and gravy was dry and there was barely any gravy on it and the gravy was watery.

Could barely understand the cashier, everyone spoke Spanish which made the language barrier tough, commercials still advertising for the salted caramel frosty but they don't offer that at this location or at all anymore (false advertisement) burgers are swimming in grease

Put people on the window that speak and read English. Whatever Hispanic lady has been at the window for the last few night has the absolute worst customer service doesn’t speak a lick of English and walked away and refused to come back to the window cause “no name no order” and would not come back. I had to call the store to get her to come back. I placed an order beforehand and paid After 20 min of argument they finally made my order it was cold and incorrect. This is the second time this has happened.

I don't know if Wendy's is a corporate or franchise but this location needs serious help the other night I ordered a large chili and two chives and sour cream baked potatoes, the chili tasted like perfume or chemicals and the potato was cardboard like. I had already gotten home with the food when I realized it so I called and they said I had to bring the food back so they can smell it or decide for themselves with the issue was. As if they were going to make a decision then if I would get a refund or not take your business elsewhere that's what I'm doing this place is run very very poorly. Also today when I was there to get the refund a girl was working the register with super super long braids and she was flinging them all over the place it was really gross. Touching food then money then food and back and forth between all of it.
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged. Left without ordering because apparently they can't staff enough to run the dining area.

I recently tried to place a order at the drive through and waited 5 minutes and the staff couldn't understand how to make a double cheese burger with no mayo and only ketchup and mustard only they were very confused and when I tried again to order it they were very rude about it if you could give zero stars I would this place has horrible customer service

Employees would rather sit and watch videos loud on their phones than to actually work, place was filthy and none of the tables were clean, my order was wrong in more than 1 aspect and got sick of wasting my time to even bother with their attitude to fix what was wrong

Ordered ahead, arrived to one person in drive thru line. Still waited 25 minutes from order placement to completion to obtain my order. It was all cold, smelled something AWFUL, and was missing toppings I paid extra for.
