I don’t typically leave reviews but I went in and the cashier was on FaceTime on speaker just ignoring me. I kinda just stood there and waited. When they finally talked to me they acted like me ordering was such an inconvenience. I asked a question and they just pushed me to use the app and then went back to talking on FaceTime.

Ordered 20 wings and I was total disgusted 🤢 on the one set of wings we had eye lash clusters stuck to the Hawaiian wings🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 fake eye lashes in your food had me throwing it all away. $25 I won’t be back!

Not greeted, every one standing around doing nothing. the food nothing different than bar wings, the sauces and rubs sucked. the original hot sauce not even close to bww mild. No napkins anywhere. Both restrooms no hand soap, Long wait to get fried food. Wings suck fries are better.over priced, Never going back, would not recommend. o and it was hot inside no fan or a/c

This was our first time in a wing stop. When we came in we were not greeted, the guy came and stood there. Helped with questions but we felt a bit rushed. Order took a while to reach us but not horrible. The person at the pick up window was friendly. Order came in a bag, no trays when dining in. Boneless wings were more like popcorn chicken. They were very small and not worth 12 bucks. Lemon pepper flavor was ok. It was covered in butter I expected dry for dry rub. Fries were good. The tenders were decent size and family enjoyed the flavor. They didn't have a trash can in lobby so I'm not sure if you are supposed to leave the items on table. We just threw it in the trash they had behind the counter as it was within reach.

I'm ordered 30 pieces online , and when I got home I only had 26 pieces, when I called the store and just told me I was sorry and they didn't give me a solution.
BAD SERVICE ! PEOPLE COUNT YOUR WINGS NEXT TIME YOU BUY HERE . 😡

Late night employees are inattentive. Poor customer service skills when you are working with multiple vendors. As doordash, Uber eats and GrubHub or whatever. You should be treating those people as customers as well. Not ignoring, orders for drivers. Maybe some training.

We arrived at 11:40 p.m. they close at 12:00 p.m. and all we got was a five piece chicken and a fry and a Coke. The cashier told us to order 2 hours earlier because they shouldn't work past midnight. Could you imagine if doctors said the same thing. They'd be fired.

I asked for extra cooked cheese fries. Not extra cooked, in fact almost undercooked and I’m still wondering where the cheese is as it was so little.The wings were drier than a desert and tiny. Other locations are so much better.

I was just in today and I did an online order. I picked up the food and they handed me my bag. When I got home about to pull it all out they had the audacity to call me and say can you bring back the bag? We gave you the wrong order… when they handed it to me. I went back and they workers fooling around in the back and I said hello 3 times. no one up front. Someone finally comes up and all chilling and said Maria? I said yes when I said is the food ready? Said yes with an attitude. That when I got more upset I said is there anything extra in the back? They said no I said we doing get a voucher you made us come back waisted our time after you handed us our bag and made us come back? Said no. Where we went wrong was when we tried to be nice to go back. the fact that they violated the health guidelines when someone grabs the food the expected us to bring back the food is crazy. No apology for handing the wrong bag. The person at the register so rude after they made a mistake. My food was cold too the audacity. Not even a voucher for their mistake.

Good was good, little light on the sauces on the wings, I would recommend a way to keep your French fries hot on to go orders, maybe tinfoil etc?

I give this place a zero worst service ever!!! I was did a walk in to order and everyone just stared at me and my child then someone came up to the front after 5 mins and as soon I was about to order to making sure my child didn't want anything else the guy walked away and didn't come back for 3 mins. Dont walk in to order you'll never get any help.

The cashier does not respect time. Although their website says closing time is midnight, I was there at 11:48 pm last night July 24th, 2025 and the cashier refused to take my order and said that they were closed.
