Online ordering very confusing then have to go through couple automated systems just to talk to someone. Ordered crispy ,garlic parmesan was, rest soggy boneless and bone in not crispy at all. $60 of wings and was not good. Would not recommend. Very disappointed ☹️

Now I don’t know why this place only got 2.5 stars but I’d give this place 6 if I could for having high quality food, I ain’t Eva been to Wingstop before until I tried this location and been loyal since. They food fire asf and hella chill people
Came here a few time to be sure how I felt about the place and got to say, not impressed. The prices are good to compete with Buffalo Wild Wings. Each time I came in with an online order, I arrived right at my pickup time, but still had to wait 15-20 min after I got there. I ordered 10 wings both times and I got wings the size of a peanut that counted towards the 10 that I got. The fries aren't good either, they are soggy and the seasoning is not good, it is almost too sweet sometimes. This is not the only location I went to, I have been to the Brooklyn Park location and I have my problems over there as well. I can honestly say I am not coming here again and will just pay a tad bit more for Buffalo Wild wings.

I'm a doordash delivery driver part-time. Every time I come to this location I have to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to finish the order because they tell the system they finished it when they haven't even started it! This location sucks for service.

As a dasher this is hands down the WORST place to order from. Get your wings from Serums in Anoka. They taste better, have more variety, and actually pay attention to you. Apparently the incompetence at Wingstop spreads from piss poor customer service to out right lying. 40 minutes is not interchangeable with 3-5 minutes.
On top of that, it’s simply awful food!! The only reason to visit is to get a contact high from the weed being smoked in the cars outside.
Not busy at all and took 27 min for 1-3 piece combo meal. Never again. Don't waste your time. Food isn't even good. Arrived 2:52pm on a Thursday. Several staff talking and barely working. Not sure how this location with survive with such poor service. Faster service at a sit down restaurant.

My family picked up my food for me and from what I heard it was chaotic and the workers were giving them a hard time. Overall the food is ok I ordered the Original Spice and it was barely spicy and it tasted like basic buffalo wings. The fries on the other hand were amazing they were perfectly fried and seasoned and I enjoyed them more than my wings.

My first time there. The chicken is nothing like the pics. So plain and no CRUNCH. The fries were already cold when I got them. Seems like they cook things ahead of time and then just pack orders as they come. Fries were seasoned good. My order was done in 3 mins. Literally.
