Probably one of the worst Chinese places that I have ever eaten at. There were dirty dishes everywhere. I got there at about 12:50 they had no new full food the entire time I was there. All of the decor is still from Christmas.

Great food here. I was so excited to find they still put red chilies in their orange chicken. We ordered takeout and it was fresh and large portions. The Mongolian beef had a lot of onion but was still very good.

Called in an order for pick up at 6:28pm was told my order would be ready in 1/2 hrs. Perfect since I had 1/2 hrs drive to get there. Got there to pick up my order which should be ready, it's 7pm. Well I stood in line got up to front paid for my order and was told to sit and wait it would be ready shortly. There were 3 others waiting and while I sat 4 or 5 customers came in for the buffet. The restaurant wasn't busy, only 2 tables had customers sitting at them. At 7:32pm finally got my order. Over an hour from the time I placed my order. 1/2 hrs later than I was told it would be ready. Several customers left before their orders were ready. Terrible service, need more help or something. Food was good. Though.

We live in East Grand Forks and we're really craving Chinese food last weekend. We don't really have "good" Chinese options here, so a friend recommended we try China Moon. So grateful for their recommendation, because we never would have found it otherwise. Ordered online, Hubs picked it up and brought it back home. It was still piping hot, even after the half hour drive! And so tasty!! Way better than our options here, so we will definitely be back. For reference, we had Hunan Style Chicken, General Tso Chicken, Veg fried rice, egg rolls, and fried pot stickers. All delicious!!

Food is pretty good, if you order take out or delivery.However, the buffet is another story altogether. It was ridiculously small but we decided to give it a try anyway. BIG mistake. A lot of what was there was nearly empty with food burnt and stuck to the bottom of the pans. Some of the food was not even hot anymore...It had clearly been sitting there all day long without being changed... it was awful. We did get there toward the end of their business hours to eat... Which may have had something to do with it but that's really no excuse for what we experienced. Food should have been hot and attended to, NO MATTER WHAT.We will not be going back there again for dine in.Stick to the take out or delivery.SKIP the buffet.

Food. I had the pork in garlic sauce combo. I had five pieces of pork. The rest was rice and vegetables and the sauce was bland. Couldn't even tell if a garlic in it.

All I'm saying is there are 2 Chinese food options here, do NOT make the mistake of choosing this one. yesterday the other restaurant was closed so we decided to give China Moon a try. We ordered take out. 4 meals and 2 drinks 77$ was what we paid. I called to order the food over the phone. Was quoted 15 minutes. When we got there, my kids decided they wanted a boba tea so we ordered that immediately upon arrival . The food was given to us then and then we waited not 10, not 20, not 30, BUT 40 MINUTES for 2 boba milk teas!!! We were given zero apologies or explanations and the place had 1 other customer within those 40 minutes besides us so they were not busy. I understand things happen but a simple apology or explanation would have been nice.Besides the service, lets talk about the absolute worst Chinese food I've ever eaten in my life. The "beef lo mein" had MAYBE 1 oz of beef if that much and there were no vegetables besides a sliver of onion. The noodles themselves were like mushy overcooked cheap pasta noodles. There was no sauce but the flavor was disgusting. Ive had lo mein in mnay states and cities and never have I had anything like this. It actually went into the trash can. The house fried rice again had maybe 1 oz of meat. 2 shrimps total. What chicken was there was like crumbs of white mush I wouldnt even call chicken. But the rice is what killed this. It was way overcooked to the point of just being broken up pieces of mush that didnt even resemble rice! The pork eggrolls had not a piece of pork in them. Only cabbage and carrots. The only good thing was the shrimp egg roll. I've never been so disappointed in restaurant food in my life. I will NEVER make the mistake of goung here again. Hong's isnt super amazing but sure beats China Moon by 1000X!!!
