I went here recently because I was excited for the new Superman promotion they were doing but they guy who served us was very rude. He acted like he just wanted us to leave and had a big frown on his face the whole time. I asked for a lid to put over it since I was driving and he let out a big sigh before doing so. Very unprofessional. I hope that young man shapes up their act.

Pretty disappointed, stopped for a gift card for a friend's birthday. They taxed me on the gift card and when I asked if they were going to tax the product my friend purchases, they said yes. So they are double taxing.

Got wrong blizzards. Pretty disappointed. We ordered peanut butter cup blizzards and got cookie dough and who knows what else was in there. Could not even eat them.

We have experienced extra long length of time for our order to be completed several times. I spoke with an accomplished young woman who patiently and respectfully explained to me they are doing their best and using professional standards, she believed they are doing GREAT!!! Perception is reality. We just agreed to disagree.

I come through drivethru, and I see people poking their heads out glaring at me, and not just that when I ask for my receipt, they never give it to me. There was a few occasions where I asked and they said they'd hand it to me but never did and when I went to clarify to get my receipt they just smile and say, "Have a nice day." Closing the window in my face, or they say, 'Our printing paper isn't working." Not to mention, when I ask for extra, they dont give me extra. I literally have to ask for extra extra of the certain item I want, just to get extra.
Parking: Theres a few parking spots. The drivethru has a bump, so you have to accelerate a little more than for comfort to get out when your finished talking to the worker on headset.
YOU ALL ARE NEVER OPEN! Always closed, or doesn’t follow hours that were changed/updated two weeks ago. Don’t be a DQ if you can’t even open for your regular hours for SPRING/SUMMER. Never been so disappointed.

Hot and sunny August day as we passed through Crookston. DQ! Plenty of parking. Young staff was courteous and helpful. Several cars were in the drive-thru. We walked up and ordered at the front window. We planned to sit on a bench outside to eat our ice cream, but the wasp were swarming, so we ate in the car. I’ve been stopping at this DQ for nearly 30 years. I’m sure, as long as DQ is here, we will continue to stop here for a treat when driving by.
