Extra cheese at this location means less cheese and large air bubbles, I have had the regional manager make my pizza at another location and it was super cheesy… this location seems to believe being limited I. Competition means to lack care of the customers expectations compared to other dominos across the region/country.
I have complained, had replacements that were barely better BUT still lacking any extra cheese.
I called corporate and no call or email back…
So writing reviews, I’ll update with the images of their “extra” cheeses… we are getting back to making our homemade pizzas. Walmart has a cheap crust mix…. Highly recommend it!
We will see how dominos does with a break of ordering… and if they improve we will resume tipping

Papa John’s always did us right in GF, shoot some cheap orders I ended up tipping $20 on… because he was a great driver, made sure we had items with the pizzas like plates/napkins on hand if wanted AND that driver always ensured the order was to decent expectations before bringing it to us… quality check! He sure earned that tip every time! I wish these dominos people wanted money as badly as my favorite papa John’s delivery guy did!

Look I do not like leaving negative reviews. This place was really rude to me. I made a order i paid online to make everything convenient. The app said the order was done. So l left my house to go pick it up and was greeted by some guy who claimed he was a manager. His language was unprofessional. He told me I would have to wait an extra 45 minutes because he was so busy with 27 other customers. So I left and called the place and asked how long my order would take and was told that they have not started it yet. More time passed 2 people working in there and you can't start a order that been paid for ? So I ask again well what is an estimated time. He than again tells me they are busy. He told me it sounds like you don't want your order ? I than explained to him if I didn't want it i would have not ordered in the first place. He than said you will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Excuse me ? So they don't sell pizza 🤔 like whats the deal here. So I asked can a get a coupon for your difficulties and some lady told him to hang up and then the call ended. Will I at a bear minimum get a refund ??

I asked for one (uno) crushed red pepper packet and they told me it was $1.59. I wanted one paper packet, not gold flakes. That, what they lack in customer service they make up in the pizza, though. Its also the only pizza place in this dying town, so yeah, so I'd go back 🙂

The Crookston Dominos, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy their pizza, chicken, cheesy bread, and lava cakes. ((I didn't want to say this but I am currently eating a other local pizza place's pizza and it makes me regret that I should have ordered dominos). They would have gotten my order right (plus decently priced with the coupons). 😊 I will order from Dominos from now on if I want a pizza fix. Thank you, Dominos!
