McDonald's is gross.

Lobby is always dirty, fountain area always sticky, and now you order from some touch screen, ai, or ai drive through.

The food was cold, salt free fries were also cold. they removed the two small cheese burgers from the menu, everything is divided, and cost more for a meal.

Everytime I got to McDonald's me food is always fresh unless I complain Shawn Does an amazing job running McDonald's

Dietary restrictions: McDonald's is way to high in fat I am getting my nutrients license and If someone eats McDonald's every day they are high risk for a heart ache because your heart valves get clogged and won't work right

with the new kiosk your order might get made correctly? doubtful though? there is no service to speak of. you feel like more of a nuisance to them. drive-thru definitely gets priority over anybody that walks in.

Parking: they got a big enough lot, have they done the traffic pattern right they would have had a lot of parking spaces. right now it's kind of limited.

I am updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. The woman who takes the payments is very kind and remembered my name every time, and she pronounced it correctly after asking just once. In a small business, remembering a customer’s name is important, and I believe it’s even more crucial in larger companies like McDonald’s. Even though, I don’t feel fair to give 5 stars to McDonald’s, I am giving this for the kind workers and the woman taking the payments.

Wouldn't fix the order.
Wouldn't answer any questions about why something was rang in wrong.
Waste of time. Waste of money.
I'd honestly like a refund.

The staff was friendly and fast at getting our order finished and everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious! Dining area and bathrooms were neat and clean. I’ve gone to a few McDonald’s lately where the service and food was not that great. This McDonalds did not disappoint!

I literally don’t leave reviews but the service absolutely sucked this time around. I ordered my food on the app at 9:10 PM and didn’t get it until 9:40 PM even though I got to McDonald’s at like 9:15. they proceeded to give me the wrong food AND drink and then I waited another 5 minutes just to get the food i ordered.

Haven’t ate at the McDonald’s in Crookston for some time. Was eager to go after hearing the steak egg and cheese bagel was back.

Ordered a few to share was eating one on the way to work and felt odd to me looked down and realized I was eating wax paper stuck to the sauage patty.

I contacted McDonald’s complaint center giving them all the info on the receipt and was sent an email days later that the franchise owner would be sent the info. A month later no contact from anyone. Just a heads up check your food from here, And if it is contaminated nobody cares.

The employees were loudly swearing at each other. Not only in the back area loud enough for us to hear, but in the dining room too. There are kids around, c'mon.
