I went on Taco Tuesday but surprisingly I was the only one in the restaurant. initially it took a mile for the staff to come and help me but they were cleaning and I find that to be a good thing. I ordered my usual two softshell combo and the spicy beef jalapeno burrito. I added nacho cheese for the potatoe olés The food was great. The potato olés were hot and the Diet Mt dew was cold. Great job!

The people were nice and friendly, but I don't care for the food. Its bland and overpriced. None of the bold flavor of real tacos. The meat is good quality, it just lacks flavor and spice. I will say the dining area is clean and modern and the people were polite and helpful (drive through and front counter). The food just isn't for me.

I eat here at least once-twice a week. I love their chicken soft shell tacos, breakfast burritos, Alaskan flounder tacos, taco salad, oles, chips/salsa, and their street tacos (I am sad they are no longer on the menu). Love them always friendly staff.

Love taco johns, they have gotten rid of the personal ordering and it's on a computer now that isn't the friendliest to find what you would like. Other than that it's great.
I love the food, and half of the staff are incredibly sweet, but some of the employees are really rude. My order also comes out wrong 9 times out of 10. It just feels like some of them don't care.

The only thing that this has going for itself is the potato oles. All the prices keep going up. But they make everything smaller. Not just this place. Every fast food does it. Save your money. Don't do fast food

I love there sausage and bacon potato burrito during breakfast! It taste so good with there orignal mild and hot and mild sauce packets. I'm giving a 3 star for service which should be a 2, because the only good service is during morning, I wouldnt recommend coming here during night time. The night crew are incredibly disrespectful and the service time is forever.
The atmosphere during night is not so great, but the morning is great. Although morning crew, when I ask for things dont give me what I want. I ask for orignal mild and they end up not goving me any!? On multiple occasions.
Once again Taco John's disappoints me again. I asked for a Raspberry Wave. My bad I was supposed to say Wildberry Wave, but the lady corrected herself and said Lemonade Wildberry Wave. She asked if I wanted a Strawberry Lemonade. I said no. I went to the window saw my drink it was Strawberry I was willing to give ny drink back to them which I had not touched for a Wildberry, but they said I asked for a Strawberry and handed it to me anyways. It wasnt mixed and there was barely. BARELY any syrup. It tasted like water instead of lemonade as I gave up even asking for a wildberry. If im not mistaken its supposed to be one full pump of strawberry syrup with lemonade. I GOT WATER AND HALF A PUMP. Disgusting. I didn't want to go back since I didnt want to be perceived as a "Karen." SO here I am changing my review to a 2 star. Be the way she didn't repeat back the order nor did she sah rhe total at the window, and she seemed to want to argue with us when we said we actually wanted a wildberry.

My wife and I came to Crookston to have taco john's breakfast. It was 10:30 and I asked can I get breakfast still? So he told me I can ask the cook. And she said no. So I left. Honestly that cook needs better customer service skills and when a customer asks for breakfast you make it. I don't care about excuses. So unless they push back their breakfast hours to 11am I won't be back.
