It was hotter inside than it was outside. Broken AC and from what it sounded like ownership did not care to fix it. This was in the middle of a heat wave where it was 90+ degrees outside. With all the equipment inside to cook the food, it made it much hotter inside. While there was inside seating, it was impossible to sit inside and eat without the ice Melting before you could even get to it.

Above and beyond experiencing for my family as we were passing through. I didn’t catch her name but the person who took our order and brought us our order was so nice and caring, she went above and beyond to make our experience special. She even brought my girls a character ring and they loved it so much. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience :)

I directly asked the guy if the thing I wanted had something I was allergic to in it he said no than I asked again and said do the chocolate chunks have coconut oil in them and explained that a lot of times they use coconut in that kinda thing he didn’t go look just told me again that it wasn’t in there so I purchased. it seemed off so I googled it it is the second ingredient in the chocolate chunks…. I’m luck as shit that I googled that and didn’t have a allergic reaction. It takes to seconds to check that kinda thing before you poison someone with something.

9/20/2024 I went in for a French Silk blizzard. The young lady working the counter was picking at open sores on her arms to where I could see blood. She should NOT be handling any body's food in that condition. I called to manager and told him about the situation. I'll drive to Aitkin for my DQ fix from now on. Crosby DQ is disgusting.
