They have gluten-free bread and buns. Gluten-free bread is always comically small, so they made two little gf brisket sandwiches instead of one. I think that’s fair, and I appreciated having a really tasty gluten-free meal!

First visit about a year ago was excellent. Service and food both were great.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit was quite different. Server acted like she didn't want to be there. They charged me for a sauce that was supposed to be included on my meal but wasn't. When I brought it to their attention they still kept the charge. Food was decent but certainly not like the first time.

A question for all. Is a cucumber a pickle?
Last night we went to IRON RANGE EATERY In Crosby for meal with relatives. I ordered the Grilled Dill Chicken Sandwich. I came with House pickles on it. When I was eating my Granddaughter said Grandma these pickles taste like cucumbers. She was right their House pickles taste like a cucumber dragged through a vinegar dill juice. Anyway I then removed what was left of them from my sandwich as I am very allergic of cucumbers. I can eat pickles because they have gone through the process of pickling them and that seems to not bother me. At 4 A.M. this morning I awoke with sharp pains in my right side like an Appendicitis attack. Today I called them to let them know. The manager said I should have told the waitress I could not eat cucumbers and their menu says House pickles and Cucumbers are Pickles. You read a menu and expect that what it says is what you will receive. I have spent most of my life reading the labels on salads or salsas, etc. to avoid cucumbers.
Always told restaurant's if they have premade salads I need a fresh one cause I can not eat the salad if they just remove the cucumber.
They almost always will do a s the customer asks and not tell me it is my fault if I get sick. I never even got I am so sorry. Needless to say we will never eat there again.

Super cute place! I had just wrapped up a camping/biking trip and craved real food. Stopped by because their Korean bbq meatballs intrigued me. I ordered them both realizing the dinner menu wasn’t available until after 4pm. The chef, Liz, still happily made it for me, which I really appreciated! It was delightful! Just would’ve like more veggies in the dish! Great staff and great vibe! Will def stop again when I come biking next!

I have celiac disease and this was an excellent place to eat. The food was delicious and there is a great selection of foods that are gluten free. I am very sensitive and I did not have any reaction. The service was excellent and the restaurant is very cute and clean. I have the dill pickle chicken sandwich and will definitely be trying to replicate that.

We had a very disappointing experience here tonight. I ordered the “award winning” braised short ribs which came with a potato and vegetables. The short ribs were good for the first 2 bites but that was all I got before I was hit with *ALL* the fat. The ribs were jiggling when the server set down the plate. I realize that this is a fattier cut of meat but where was the actual meat?
I tried to fill up on the vegetables but they were seasoned with way too much minced garlic. Our bill was almost $70 for 2 people with a tip. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Visiting a buddy and stopped in for dinner and a beer. We had Firecracker Calamari that was good. Ordered Short Ribs and buddy ordered a Biscuit Sandwich. His was good. Mine got served with a baked potato that was not cooked...at all! White rice was ice cold! Never cooked! Asked to please have my meal cooked. Returned back with it microwaved so now it is hot but not cooked and now the pot roast is dried out and the cheese on the potato is still not melted. Gave it back to waitress and said it is not edible. My buddy had paid our bill so we could just leave. I said that they should credit us for the poor meal and the manager said that being it was already paid for that there was no reason to do anything.

Went with a buddy while staying at his cabin and had a meal that they apparently forgot to cook. The baked potato was hard and the rice was literally ice cold. Asked to have my my meal cooked and came back with a uncooked potato with the cheese still not melted and dried out pot roast. Oh, but now the rice was hot. Management refused to compensate even though I returned my meal uneaten.
What a cozy spot in downtown Crosby! Definitely get reservations if going during peak meal times. We had a large group and everyone loved their food and drink menu! The service was excellent too.
