This was a pit stop on our way up north and was the highlight of our trip. Deserves 6 stars! We arrived on a Friday afternoon and enjoyed sitting on the side patio with plenty of room. We both ordered the Reuben sandwich based on a recommendation from our server (who was very friendly and accommodating to my change in seating preferences) BEST REUBEN SANDWICH (dare I say best SANDWICH of my life). No joke. They make the sauerkraut and corned beef was tender but crisped after, butter fried marble rye melty Swiss cheese amazingness. Get the battered fries , they make the meal. This place was worth every penny. Perfection without the feeling it's trying so hard. Crosby is a cool and funky little oasis in the middle of seemingly nowhere.

Tried to take my mom here for her birthday, who had been excited to dine outside on a beautiful September afternoon, but after riding our bikes 4 miles to eat here for the first time we were unfortunately told we weren’t allowed to sit outside because of “bees”. There were no bees. Day ruined. Thanks Iron Range Eatery.

Definitely a neat place with a vibe. Service was great. Jalapeño Burger was good. Pizza was like a notch above frozen pizza, maybe. I was in between 3-4 stars here - but probably just ordered the wrong thing. I can see this becoming a 5-star next time I try it. I’ll be back. Didn’t drink while I was there, but the beer selection was absolutely legit.

Very cool place and great staff but the food was incredibly disappointing. The menu was great but the food didn’t match. Smoked brisket sandwich was made from pot roast meat that was very dry. The short rib was also pot roast meat and the sides were not good. My soup came out barely warm. Seems like there’s currently an issue in the kitchen that I hope they can sort out because it’s otherwise a very nice place.
Love this place! The chicken sausage penne is amazing but so has everything I’ve ever had there. The servers are so friendly and attentive.

First off, this is one of those rare places that would actually deserve a sixth star. We were immediately greeted at the door by the host. Behind the bar lawford, ask to choose our seat anywhere.We wanted to. Ordered a couple of sides to split. Ordered the poutine and the roasted vegetables.
Iron rage eatery has a very impressive take on a poutine with French fries and an awesome brisket along with Red onions and a fantastic sauce with crumble cheese and basil(?). Have never seen a take on poutine done this way before, but the Iron Range Eaterery pulled it off. Very delicious and awesome blend of flavors.
Now. As to the roasted vegetables. Wow. A delightful assortment of Cauliflower, Onion, Eggplant, Mushrooms. Carrots, and Red Peppers. Roasted to perfection, tender and not overdone.
My companion also mentioned how good the chimirchurri sauce was, and how it added a zing that made the veggies perfect. The veggies also came with a side of ranch.
The service was excellent too. Our server was friendly, helpful, fast, and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. Just simply fantastic service all the way around and an enjoyable customer experience.
I agree with other Posters that there is a great vibe here just like others have stated.
You would do yourself well to visit the Iron Range Eatery, in my opinion this makes Crosby MN a destination if you want great food and excellent service. Oh, and the portions are massive, and the prices very affordable. Its worth the gas!
