Honestly i try to be as nice as i possibly can when i’m receiving service from somewhere, but this is just unacceptable service. The food took about 20-25 minutes. That is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. my boyfriend and i stopped for some “fast” food on our way to an important meeting. We got our drinks so didnt wanna cancel out the order, but yeah this is ridiculous

I went there for my lunch time and the drive thru employee was very rude. I had an Arby’s coupon and he got upset at me for no reason. He told me that he “hates us for doing this” with an angry tone. I may not return to this location due to the bad service and atmosphere I had today.
Leon the 3rd is the absolutely most professional, customer oriented person I've experienced in a long time. For real, he deserves a huge increase in pay. In the time I watched him interact with customers everything was yes sir, yes ma'am, he remembered customers names that must be somewhat regular but he truly embodies what customer service is.

I went there for an easter chicken sandwich and ordered 212 take home for somebody waiting at home.... It was pretty good. It was typical fast food but it was OK. If I wanted another chicken sandwich I would consider going there... The young lady that waited on me at the counter was very nice friendly in good service.... The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom.

We've always liked Arby's. Always friendly service. Very clean. Today's experience, however, my daughter's deluxe burger was very pink. She ate about half and decide to stop as it seemed too raw.
