We've always liked Arby's. Always friendly service. Very clean. Today's experience, however, my daughter's deluxe burger was very pink. She ate about half and decide to stop as it seemed too raw.

This Arby's in crystal been here from 1975 or so. a great place to have an Arby experience the sign is original large hat only a 4 because I ordered 4 potato cakes (they are back)!!!! and one got 3. enjoy
They rushed me threw the drive thru and their was a random lady playing on her phone they caught attitudes because I asked for a few extra arby sauces it was a total complete disaster I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES 💯

Cold fries and NOT ENOUGH FRIES ordered a LG but that’s not a large fry seriously… And I know pictures are always deceiving but really this is just ridiculous! $1 for a 2oz portion cup of cheese is robbery and this 4for $10 is a joke because it doesn’t really save you anything. And they run a normal special of 2 for $6 so it’s not like they are losing money at all …I cancelled getting drinks added and went to the gas station for a GIANT soda for $.99cents otherwise this woudve been over $20 FOR WHAT THERES NOTHING HERE😩WONT GO BACK Side note service was great

Same ol Same ol. Came to this one twice 1st time the fries were precooked and Stale from the being under the heat lamps. I came back a 2nd time. Same thing but worst I ordered the nuggets and EVEN those were dried out and stale from being under the heat lamps it's like the youngsters didn't wanna cook anything to order. It was such a let down! I wish the one in Brooklyn Park was never bought out. I' will not return to this location.
