my husband tried to go there tonight to get food. he pulls up to the drive thru and sat there for 10 minutes and no one even took his order over the speaker. it was 10:00 PM. they donāt close until 12: AM. very unprofessional and rude.

Honestly i try to be as nice as i possibly can when iām receiving service from somewhere, but this is just unacceptable service. The food took about 20-25 minutes. That is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. my boyfriend and i stopped for some āfastā food on our way to an important meeting. We got our drinks so didnt wanna cancel out the order, but yeah this is ridiculous

I went there for my lunch time and the drive thru employee was very rude. I had an Arbyās coupon and he got upset at me for no reason. He told me that he āhates us for doing thisā with an angry tone. I may not return to this location due to the bad service and atmosphere I had today.
