I usually goto this Arby’s but today they pissed me off! My fries were old my nuggets were some old some new my shake had little to no drizzle & my cookies were the hottest thing in the bag??♂️ any other time they’re golden but today ?

Very rude and service was taking longer than normal. They were not that busy so it should not have taken so long to fwt my order. I waited just on fries alone for 10+ min.
Take out staff is great and fast workers. They do however, need to use logic to understand if someone orders a roast beef without a bun, then they will want a fork and knife to eat their food.

They won't honor their advertised online limited time prices. I won't ever go back to a place with these bait and switch prices. Also, the drive-thru attendant appeared to be high as he launched a litany of profanity at his computer monitor.
