By far the worst experience I have had at a B-dubs. Wife and I went to grab a bite to eat and watch the soccer game for MNUFC. When we got there, the big sign said “please wait to be seated” 10 minutes or so go by and no one came to seat us. We decided to seat ourselves at the bar and came across 5 employees standing on their phones doing nothing.
Our bartender, Jenna went and ID’d us because we “didn't look 40 years old” which is understandable. Then two guys looking way younger than us (we’re mid twenties) sat next to us and were not checked. Jenna (I think she had pinkish hair) was also very rude and once complained about bartending in front of us. She greeted us with an attitude and a “my TV’s aren’t working so if you came for something specific I cant help you”. She gave my wife condescending comments while we were ordering. For example “what would you like… I’ll have the 6 boneless with garlic Parmesan… so do you like want fries or not?” I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was disgusting and clogged in the toilet and urinal. Eventually my wife and I got our food and it was sub par. With our experience already, we decided to pay and leave.
At some point a man looking like a customer was behind the bar with some glassware and it turns out he was an employee just with no uniform at all and a bald spot behind his head. Managers weren’t visible and I didn’t ask for one at that point because I knew my comments were not going to be calmly delivered.
It is a shame because I've worked customer service, hospitality, and in restaurants and none of the etiquettes were presented to us during our time there. We didn’t want to leave having not given a tip, but it definitely was a representation of the service we received!

I called Saturday to make a reservation for 20 for Sunday i was told by a worker and manager that i couldn’t make a reservation i was fine with that and told them i would just be there early to get our tables. I came in Sunday at 1:30 and asked if they could make room for 20 and i was told they had tables set out for my party already but they told me they couldn’t the day before so thats why i showed up early to guarantee our tables part one of my inconvenience. I then waited for my party and valentina our waitress was great she was on top of all of our orders. I was waiting on my brother and had to order our orders after and valentina was fine and keeping up with all the ask of our party. I tried to help by cleaning up after my party as well to make it easier on the workers. During our time here i had about 3 drinks that were mainly watered down but i didn't mind until i was told i was not allowed another. I was not the driver and i was no where near intoxicated to be cut off was crazy. I didn't make a fuss i paid my bill, tipped my waitress and left.
Ive never delt with anywhere ever cutting me off because they have a drink limit to customers. I will not be back just giving a heads up this is not a place to have a good time just eat and leave.
My pregnant cousin also asked for extra queso and sour cream on her nacho and was told that it was extra when brought out but it didn't even look as if they put any queso and a small amount of sour cream and she had to ask for more. Her mozzarella sticks were cold as well.
Overall our waitress was amazing but i will not be back over issues with food portions and not being able to have another drink if i wanted to.

I Tip $100 every time I go out, she could’ve got a $100 for literally nothing if she just chilled out and remained cool, plus she made multiple mistakes charging me for random stuff she knew I never got… but she was doing way too much, and was rude, I’ma cool laid back guy it’s never that serious to catch a attitude because u having a bad day, I’m not even mentioning the whole story, but IFYKYK
Do better next time, u coulda got blessed for real, watch how you treat people you never know who’s actually gonna tip big and help u.

Avoid this location as much as possible. The guy say it's only going to take 20 minutes but we end up waiting for 45 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. They don't have enough waitress to help. The services is just horrible. There are 9 people waiting on their food to get picked up. I also saw a guy who asked for his refund because the service was so horrible.

I wouldn’t recommend playing out of the pulltab machine. I took my girlfriend and my kids to have dinner there. One of the games looked real good so my gf and I played it. There wasn’t many tickets left and from what was left, we couldn’t lose on the game unless someone else played it. We put in 400 to get a 350. We cashed it in and then continued to play to get the last 400,100, and 50. After we threw in another 200, the bartender now decided to tell us that when she paid us on the 350, she noticed the $400 slip wasn’t in there. Would have been nice to know that information beforehand. Pretty brutal and whomever checked the machine in the morning and bartended the night before should probably be fired. I sell pulltabs so those kind of offenses are as bad as it gets. The manager asked about our experience and I told him about it but he didn’t seem to care at all. Would have been nice to get some kind of treatment for getting screwed over because of their employees. Definitely won’t be back and I’ll be telling my players not to go to this location.

I came here on a date and I have to say, the mozzarella sticks were FIRE !!! They were amazing !!!!! And the salad hit the SPOT !! But the chicken wings traditional and boneless was nasty and hard, the nachos were not good at all, and everything else was just not good! The waitress was back and forth and trying her best but she was working alone and getting frustrated ! It was just a ridiculous time.
It’s not that the food is nasty it’s just past 3 times I’ve been there we’ve. Had cold wings and this time we had food in the wings so it’s good service just wish you guys could cook longer on the wings

One of our favorite places to get wings and apps. Unfortunately, the Crystal location was the worst experience we have had in a long time! They had plenty of people on staff, and yet the restaurant was dirty and the service and food took forever. They brought my husband's food out almost 10 minutes before mine and EVERYTHING was ice cold. No sense of urgency or care coming from the staff. If you want your money's worth, go to the champlin one. They are amazing over there! 120 bucks is insane for the experience and food at the Crystal location
