We were treated so poorly here. Our waitor made us wait for 15 minutes just for her to get our drinks than we asked to talk to a manager just to see if she's okay and we told him how we had been waiting for a while and if she is okay than he gave us sucks bad attitude kept rolling eyes frowning saying how there's nothing he can do than the waitress came back to us start yelling at us and says if you don't like my service you can go somewhere else. We will never be coming here again to any buffalo wild wings and I will tell everyone I know including friends family Facebook and socialmedia how terrible we were treated here and how disrespectful they were

This was my first time at this specific bdubs and I had the worst experience ever. Ordered the pick 6 and the bottomless apps just to wait about a half hour for food that ended up being cold and very unenjoyable, waited another half hour just for the bill and the waitress had only talked to us like once no refills no nothing until an hour had gone by and I talked to the manager in which they just said they would get our server.. I literally work as a server and I have never in my life seen something handled so unprofessionally. I get it’s a Buffalo Wild Wings but even then. Mind you our server is going to her other tables as well while ignoring us, and it wasn’t that busy for there to be any excuse as to why there was such a long wait for everything. So confused on why our service was so poor we had been polite and patient until it got to a point where it was ridiculous.

As much as I love bdubs for their variety menus and what to choose and also their sports bar/TVs to watch sports with family or friends this is a hit or miss. I would say the food is good if you’re hungry and looking for a fun time to hang out and watch the game. But overall, I tend to get takeout for bdubs if I’m in the mood or hungry or if there is a deal going on.

This place had gone down hill. Rob the manager is rude as hell. He no personality or customer service skills. Calls him over for a customer complaint and he comes to the table and just stands there looking at us like we were Robots. I have been coming here for years and was told I couldn’t order a beer with a shot. When I questioned the policy the waiter seems to get upset. Be consistent with your policy. Limits on drinks and told you can’t have a drink you ordered is wild to me. I won’t be spending another dollar here.

My boyfriend and I were there yesterday night and waited to be seated and 10 minutes have gone by no one has greeted us every single server that has walked past us just stared at us and didn’t even say anything. However, when the next group came by to be waited to be seated down, they immediately got greeted and told them the wait time. She walked passed us and didn’t even acknowledge us. At this point we didn’t feel welcome at the establishment and left.
