Came on 12/21 and the daytime bartender was so wonderful. Literally such a delightful person and she was helpful with the menu and getting the best wings for our buck!

Is the woman behind the bar was so delightful?She made us laugh, and she was so nice. She recommended a great drink and we ended up getting some appetizers instead of a meal.Which was a great idea. She called me her friend when I left.And she just made me feel like I belong there

Went in to sit down my partner and I. The manager told us it was going to be a little wait to be seated because we did not want to sit at the bar. A large party came in about 10-12 people, they waited a small wait and got seated before us. Seemed pretty prejudiced. Mind you when we arrived there was plenty of room for us to be seated, they even made time to put together tables for the larger group. I will not come here again oh and my waiter was a snob, he was resentful toward us but when another party came in after us he was joyous with them. Two thumbs down! Cold food

I have had good experiences here and recently worse. Food is always decent and drinks. Service has gotten worse and worse. Messed my order up and ordered another to go and didn't bother to check since I was very specific and thought we were on the same page. Got home and when I went to eat it, it was the same mess up on a simple burger order. Going downhill quickly and will not be returning business. Greeter/seater was phenomenal though.

We frequent this location a lot! Lately the food comes out cold and service is terrible. I had to grab a manager to tell them about our food because our server did not stop to ask if we needed anything or if the food came out ok. Our waitress Reyna walked past our table a total of 11 times not checking on us at all. Even after I talked to the manager about our mishap with our food. We’ve had great experiences up to this point with other waitresses but we will definitely be taking a break from BWW in the coming weeks to hope things improve again.

Food ok, deals are great, my issue is them nasty tail fries!!!!!!! Please, please, please, give us a nice alternative because I feel like I'm wasting so much when I get a wing deal that comes with fries. I don't like the tots either. I don't know if it's the grease or the fact that I don't eat at the restaurant and they go bad after getting slightly cold, not sure.

I went with some buddies for Veterans day. The bartender jumped in to take our orders and bring us our food which was really cool of him.
The food was solid. If you've been to Bdubs before, it was the same.

the food is about what you'd expect lol, pretty decent and cheap enough. the cookie skillet dessert thing was pretty good though lol. however our server Janiece was fantastic 🤍 very kind and attentive and really went above and beyond! homegirl needs a raise

My adult children and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last nite around 8:30 we didn’t get our food until 10:00 we saw people get their food 15 min after they were seated and after the long wait they got our order wrong and complained to us like we were the problem please don’t wait your money for dry burgers and extra dry wings but do go if you enjoy being treated like crap

Took 45 minutes to get my food Did it online and arrived 20 minutes later checked in waited 45 minutes later And got the ranch and it didn’t even fill the bottom of the cup but otherwise great
