went to burger king they said they were on a shift change, came back 20 min later employees are outside smoking and 2 in the diner laughing and pointing at the customers outside,and said they were still on shift change. this is very unprofessional. when i call the manager didnt care at all!!!! Close this place down this happens TO MUCH

What's going on at this BK? On a few occasions, go to place order at drive up window and told we can't take the order NO COOK!!?You look inside the BK and it looks like a club or young person hang out, at least 10 young people inside the restaurant. So confused as they appear to be eating but there is no cook?? And the restaurant only has drive up service, no inside dining!Rarely have I seen anyone wearing a mask, gloves or uniform...I personally DO NOT eat here EVER.. but I work with clients what do!!Go to the BK in Maple Grove or Brooklyn Ctr...the one in Crystal is a joke. It doesn't even deserve 1 star!

We pulled to the drive through and got right up to the pa system, we placed our order and pulled to the window where there was one car. We waited for 10 minutes behind this car which pulled away finally allowing us to get to the window, there was no one behind us and the lady had to confirm which order was ours... (No one else was there) which we did, she handed us the bags and what I ordered want in the bag, we waited a few minutes for them to notice that we hadn't pulled away, she came back I told her they had given us a whopper instead of the sandwich I ordered, I told her which sandwich I ordered, she said "so you have your food then." I didn't, so I explained everything again. It took them 5 minutes to get my order remade correctly, there were people inside behind the counter not wearing masks or gloves or even a uniform all laughing and joking and way more concerned with each other than correcting my order... It was just really bad service. We won't be returning to this location.

Person that was serving me was not wearing a Burger King uniform, but he was wearing a hoodie that said “hustler” all over it. He did not wear a mask, neither did anyone that I could see inside. I don’t feel safe eating here again. Very disappointed when just needing a quick dinner.

Worst experience ever. Pulled up ordered 2 number 1s. The lady gave me a total $17 and change I said I’m sorry I have a coupon. She said it’s to late for that, you need to say it before you order. So I said ok I’ll cancel that order and reorder. She rudely says $8.98. I said I’m sorry about that. I pull up to pay again I say I’m sorry about that, she puts the pop out without saying a word. She takes my money hands the change I say thank you, still nothing. I then get my food and say once again thank you have a great day nothing! Take 3 minutes back to work and the food is cold! Most of the tome this wouldn’t bother me but it’s not the first time there I have experienced rude people and cold food! I tried calling several times but no answer! Funny how someone wants $15/hr and can’t just be decent!! I’m done going there!

The young woman who waited on me at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The food was good. I am glad that the dining room was empty so I felt comfortable to eat there at a safe distance from my friend. My only concern regarded some of the employees who weren't wearing their masks. Yes, they had a mask on, but for some of them the masks were down below their noses and mouths. It seemed that the male employees were the ones who were not wearing their masks up in the correct position. Otherwise, I enjoyed being at Burger King in Crystal very much.

The service here is here slow and the employees lack a sense of customer service. I'd rather go to a different location. Don't try the burgers, they are dry all the time.

2nd time waiting in line at the drive through, behind a car in front of me waiting to order for 10 minutes. 2nd time I backed out and left. Worst service ever.

This was the worse experience ever. The girl was snotty who took my order, then when I got to driver thru window, she took my card ran it, sat it down on the counter and walked away for 5 minutes or more, then gave me my card and I sat there, i seen her getting my food, then she set it back down when in the back came back through and walked out the door tok the dinning area. I had to knock on the window to get my food. It was barley luke warm, the fries tasted old, but the worst part was I ordered a bacon cheese whopper with no tomato, and if had tomatoes and they put jalapeños... i paid $ 10 for a meal of garbage.

This location is literally a throwback to 1984 and hasn't been updated this century. Despite it's disheveled state it is in fact an operating Burger King location. I'm not super frequent BK customer and when I am I almost always go here. My experience have all be positive. The food quality is high, in fact higher than some other the local BKs I've visited. And The staff is quirky, laid back, polite and friendly. This is a 4 star BK in my opinion.

I never thought that I would have to complain but I do. I came through the drive through and specifically said two whoppers with only lettuce tomatoes and onions. I get all the way home and both whoppers were the complete opposite of what I ordered. They had everything on it except pickles. How can you NOT understand what I specially ordered. I never got a receipt either. I kept calling and calling to complain no one answered and kept hanging up on me. Due to food allergies both burgers had to be tossed so that was $6.65 that was a waste of money. I could of went next door to McDonald's if I had known I was going to waste money.

Look... I'm sorry you guys make minimum wage and are asking for a decent price per hour of 15$.. I understand how difficult it is to put missing food in a bag i get it. I worked at Culver's it was such a hard job. And it was quite the career choice. That is why I wanted to move on because I wanted an easier job for sure...? I get this job was plain hard to get because you could of gone to college but why do that when u can work at a career job and proudly say on you're resume "you worked at burger king" . Next time I will write it down on a piece of paper what 5 plus 5 is to equal 10 nuggets that I was missing because it seems like you guys were too smart to go to kindergarten and also not go to college. You guys are wonderful humans. God bless your soul.

Have always loved Burger King flame broiled whopper taste...however the service at this location is soooo bad and questionable, I recommend you find another BK. The one in Brooklyn Park across from Fleet a Farm is better. Hope they clean up and manage it better soon. Such a nice location.
