We placed an online order for family dinner tonight and they forgot the chicken in my wife’s chicken bowl as well as the juice with my daughter’s kids meal. 😐
Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we got home.
If you’re going to order takeout here, make sure to double check your entire order before you leave because their QA process is horrendous here.

DONT ORDER ONLINE they WILL ALWAYS skimp on everything even if you order double meat, extra rice, extra cheese your bowl comes less full than if you walked in and didnt ask for anything extra but since you ordered online you WILL get taken advantage of even though you're already paying extra to have it delivered on top of the service fees and taxes and drivers tip

They ran out of meat and sometimes they inform when persons arrive before they pack , else they cover up without telling as they pack it before you reach. And same for dine-in.
The most miserable staff. Rude, impolite. Chips were all crumbs

I did not like this location at all! The staff was rude and portion was not as expected. I was getting a veggie bowl and I asked for extra rice, because their portions were so small and for a veggie bowl, you’re paying $8-9 for basically nothing. The lettuce was starting to brown. There were small pieces of harden brown rice in my bowl, overall food wasn’t great. I was met with a lady with short silver hair on multiple occasions and she was just over the top rude. Talking to coworkers like I wasn’t there, food that fell on the counter will be placed into the bowl, she told me extra rice was going to cost extra even though a veggie bowl had the least amount of ingredients. She was just overall rude. She acted like she didn’t want to be there but was forced to. Tossed the bowls like it was nothing. I would never go to this location again.
