Constantly forget to put things in bags. They forgot to give us the 2 bags of chips and guac we paid for and a drink. When I asked about it they said it was in the bag , they don't package drinks in the bags

This location has improved a lot lately as of my last couple of times here. I have been coming to this location for maybe 10 years. Recently I have noticed more generous portions, colored fajita peppers, on time pickup orders, and courteous despite ever-busy staff.

Went today for the BOGO deal. After waiting in line for 40 mins they were out of white rice so my kids got brown rice. Of course we get home and the brown rice was so hard they couldn’t even eat the burritos. The staff were definitely unprepared for today.

Terrible experience. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. My meal came with uncooked rice and the portions were ridiculously small. Overall, you're better off going somewhere else where they actually treat you with respect and serve edible food.
