Why are they closed ?

I don't like to write bad reviews, but my visit to this location was poor. I went through the drive thru to get one blizzard, and it probably took a half an hour. When I finally got my treat, it was partially melted; I pretty much had to drink this thing while driving. On the positive, it was made well enough, it was just melted. I hope this location opens up again soon and improves its service.

Drive through calls police and gets angry all the time. Very disrespectful. Cuss at you and refuse to give you food after waiting in line 25 minutes in drive through. The lady in this picture should be fired she's very rude and swears at everybody and turns you away when she gets angry. Fyi she is always angry.

Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes and now am currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for food I paid for 20 minutes ago. Having worked at a Dairy Queen in the past it is disappointing to experience this.

I called ahead of time to see if they had dairy free options and they said yes. I then sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and once I got up their for them to take my order they told me they don't sell dairy free anything. This place has lost my business. I am never going here again.

Nice people, but their ice cream is horrible. Don't waste money at this location. They literally gave me soup like ice cream.

I showed up to this Dairy Queen at 5:00, I ordered my small cone and got to the window immediately but have been sitting here for 20 minutes with no one talking to me or giving me my order. There is nothing on the website or anywhere on or around the store to inform you that there is an inability to fulfil orders in a timely manner. Will not be returning.

My husband and I visited the other day. We go here often without many problems, but that day we ordered and the lady told us $36+change through the voice box we got to the window she said 39+change, I said: "I thought you said $36." As I handed her $40, she said, "no 39" I later asked for the receipt as my husband, and I couldn't wrap our minds on how it jumped $3. The receipt showed $36+change, as she said at the voice box she put in that we only gave her $37 at the window!! Then after a small argument, we got the correct change back, only to get home and find we didn't get our correct order. My husband was getting behind on time due to them giving the wrong change and taking forever to make the order, so we didn't bother going back. We will not be back! Get your receipt and check your bags before pulling off!!!

Horrendous experience. 35 minutes in the drive through. They over charged me by $4. They also opened the service window FIVE SEPERATE TIMES to ask the car in front of me what their order was.You'll save yourself alot of headache by going elsewhere. Very rude and untrained staff members. No apologies for the wait. Blizzard was straight soup bro! No buenooooooo

Worst place to work for. This store and any 14 foods location stay away from. Their fryer filter is broken so they only get clean once a week. They fry the fish in the same fryer as the chicken. And on top of that they don't have actual grill cleaner. They use butter and oil to clean the grill. Literally butter and oil to clean the grill

Used to be disappointed with my orders almost 65% of the time. Seems like they've hired on a new team, which got this store back on track. Haven't spent half an hour in the drive-thru for a while now and the chicken tenders are always juicy?! Usually they're always super dry! Keep doin' what you're doin' with those. Cause dang!

Staff stated that it was food only, no ice cream or slushies which I understand due yo the extreme heat, but to then serve old fries, uncut toast with cold chicken strips is mind blowing to me. The gravy was the hottest (temperature). Smh normally my go too place in the strip when eating out.

My daughter is pregnant and she has cravings for Dairy Queen chicken tenders we literally have sat in this line for 45 minutes to place an order at the drive-through because the dining room is closed and now we are still sitting in the parking lot 15 minutes later after the order was place waiting for them to bring the food out. This was the worst experience ever it is like seven cars waiting for their food to come out

Went to this location to get dinner for my husband and I earlier tonight and I sat in the drive through for 40 minutes and still had not gotten to the window to pay. The service was terrible and the line behind me was still growing despite the line not moving. Very disappointed in this location and I will not be back to this one. Hopefully the owners/managers read these comments and actually make a change or they will lose more and more customers.

This location makes their own rules after 8pm. They stop taking orders or they only take cash or they stop cooking hot food. I’ve tried to go through the drive through 3 different times on different days after 8pm with an hr left until close. Kinda ridiculous to constantly be refused service especially as a fast food restaurant.
