Domino's Pizza

Waited for more than 2hrs because there were a lot of orders and short staffed. Honestly felt bad for the 2 employees in there. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Asked for no mushrooms on the pizza, pizza had mushrooms. The Mac & Cheese pasta was extremely dry, cold, and stuck to the pan, and the Parmesan chicken sandwich had 4 little pieces of chicken on it… everything in my order was hardly even edible.

This is a dominoes, based on the other reviews it seems people have forgotten it’s not a 5 star restaurant. My order is always correct, and on time, staff are always friendly and I’ve had to witness them handling other ratchet customers professionally, more than once since specific people in this area never learned to act right. I freaking adore the chick that works evenings usually, I never catch her name but she’s a gorgeous younger black girl that checks me out and she is the vibe and my favorite reason to get carry out.

I ordered through door dash and the driver purposely sat 2 blocks away for over 20 mins now. I am still waiting for my order and cannot contact the driver directly. I have been on hold for the store for over 10 mins. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling corporate so they can receive an official store complaint.

Air conditioners 40 minutes out figured I would get there in the pizza would be a little cool
The app tracker said it was done, when they looked at my order it was 45 minutes to an hour wait.
If it's this busy on Saturdays you really need to get more help this is not good customer service and not good for your business.
If you're this busy on a Saturday you need to up the employees one of the girls says it's like this a lot on Saturday that's ridiculous and then on top of it another 45 to an hour

I tried to use my birthday coupon and they wouldn't let me use my coupon then they completely botched my order didn't even make the right pizza then when I called and spoke to them they told me I had to bring the pizza back to them which I did with the receipt and proof of the pizza I ordered and the pizza that they did not make and they refuse to remake it and said that I had to purchase a new pizza I would highly recommend not going to the Crystal location their staff is ridiculous I have never had such horrible customer service in my life and we order from Domino's at least once a week and we will not be going back there single-handedly because of this experience

The Saturday night crew is terrible. They told me 9 minutes till my food would be ready. While I waited in the store for 45 more minutes till my food was finally finished. I asked the gal if I could simply get 2 extra marinara sauce cups for my wait, and instead of apologizing about the wait and making things right she met me with a rude comment.

This is the worst dominos ever the staff are absolutely terrible, they have only delivered 2/10 attempts. The delivery drivers are there to waste company hours they don’t have good communication and are scared of the neighborhood they deliver to there for cancel too many deliveries

The amount of times I've had my order canceled for delivery is beyond disappointing. When I do pick up, its correct about 80% of the time.

I see a lot of bad reviews here & am confused as to why. I've ordered delivery here at least monthly for some time & the pizza always tastes like dominoes pizza, the delivery is quick, & everyone is pleasant to me. Sure I miss the days of same priced handmade pan but that's definitely corporate.
