Domino's Pizza

It was horrible the just left my food outside my door step without calling or ringing the doorbell and didn’t want to reimburse me my money

I have went back and forth with this Dominos for years. For a while it will run good then there will be a slump. But recently I have been busy so pizza has been my go-to. Well my last 4 orders and delivery have been no less than exellent. PERFECTLY made pizzas all 4 different orders. Hot and delicious. Get some before it changes again.

They have been absolutely amazing everytime I’ve ordered from them. I live super close so they’ve always had my order ready the moment I get there. They’ve gotten my order correct and even if they’ve made a mistake they’ve made sure to correct it in a timely manner. Love this dominos recommend going everytime never had an issue.

There’s this girl who works there she said her name was Jessica. She has the worst customer service ever. I came in few months back, she appeared to have attitude and kept rolling her eyes when I asked her some questions about the menu. When I asked if she was okey she said can you hurry and order. I let her know I am the only one hear why are you rushing and it has only been few minutes already. I ordered my meal and left. I came back few months later which was today 9/12/2024. I smiled at her and asked her if I can order 2 medium pizza. She said I had asked you if you already ordered. I let her know I didn’t hear her say that but why get irritated over such a thing. She said I ask people that then I look for their order. I told her that is why I let her know I didn’t order and was asking for 2 medium pizzas. I let her know that shouldn’t be a big deal because she didn’t go in the back and waste her time on finding a pizza. I let her know before she did that. The first few times a came in she had the same “I am annoyed kinda attitude.” So I left it because she might be having a bad day. But I am coming few months later, this is long term annoyance now. I told her I am not ordering anything now. She screamed have a good day and went to the back, before she left I asked her her name she said Jessica.

I wish I could get hold of the supervisor because she’s just too rude.

Got me some wings and cheese bread those were so good we'll cook and baked those guys and gals did a really good job

I will never go there to buy anything, the girl they have there taking orders is very rude and racist. She made a racist comment

I just ordered from the Crystal mn store. Our order was wrong. But when I tried to call them and tell them it was wrong, I couldn't get thru. They just kept hanging up. I wish someone could just answer a phone. I don't think I will ever order from them again. NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK OR ANSWER ME. THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING EVERY WHERE. TO BAD.

I just talked to the manager and she was sorry. They are short handed and apologized. Like many places they can't get help. I thanked her for listening to me. She was very nice. I will order from her again. Diane.

I ordered 2 medium Wisconsin six cheese pizza and a large Veggie (5 toppings). Both were delicious, prepared as ordered. Pizza was hot and fresh. I have previously ordered from here, food wasn’t great. Hence, didn’t order for a while. Looks like new staff here. I will order from this store location again and highly recommend for others as well.

When I arrived the display said 9 minutes 15 minutes later still 9 minutes another 15 minutes and still 9 minutes the staff very vague when order would be ready. Ordered a salad they said I didn't and got very nasty in their answers. Although pizzas were ok the staff's responses were unacceptable won't go back
