Ignored by 3 people inside who saw me waiting. This is the second time in a week I was left waiting while they were doing nothing. The first timee last week, nobody was visible so I yelled ' Hello'. Nobody answered so I went out and went to the empty drive through. I explained that I tried inside for 10 minutes to get someones attention. When I got my order home it was wrong.

Messed up my order. English seems to not be comprehendable. Even if acknowledged face to face In a drive through window. Pathetic. Dont come here if you have allergies.

Bad customer service!
They ALWAYS mess up my orders. I don’t know what’s going on but it seems like others have are having the same problem here. Corporate/managers need to do something about this by now!
First time- ordered a refresher with oat milk and received one with green tea instead
Second time- same issue as before. this time they gave me oat milk mixed with lemonade in my refresher???
Third and LAST time- came for the Sabrina collab drinks. I ordered a large and received a medium (shown on the left side). I thought I was tripping so I went to a different location and ordered the same thing and as you can see from the length of my nails holding the cup, you can see that the right cup is bigger which is the actual size. I don’t know how you guys can mess up a whole size difference.

everytime I come here they get the order wrong. literallt every time. well today I ordered a cold brew with cream and splenda and they gave me a cold brew with sugar .. I am a type 1 diabetic so when I order something without sugar, I’m expecting it to not have sugar in it. I had to turn around and go back and she admitted the girl made it wrong
I was just looking forward to a simple coffee! When I picked up my order at the drive-thru, the cup was broken, spilling coffee all over my car and clothes. When I went inside to report the issue, the employees didn't take it seriously and just joked about it. The cashier was unhelpful and only offered a refund. This isn't the first issue I've had - I previously ordered decaf coffee and got regular instead. I hope you'll work on improving your customer service. In the meantime, I'll be going back to shopping at the 42nd location.

If I could give the worst experience I would. I ordered a vanilla crème cold brew medium and it was $5.85 then I asked for a little bit of cold foam crème on the side, he tried to charge me $9.88 for just the little cup. Ridiculous considering cold foam add on itself is like $1.00…will never come back and I don’t recommend to anyone to go here.

Horrible, missed half my order. Even after I reviewed it with them before leaving facility. They do not have a working number to call and talk to them. Small portions of the snacking bacon. Would not recommend.

The service is actually pretty horrible. I stood, and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me. While there were 4 other people working the drive through. The person that helped me came out with an attitude after she gave him my donuts, she tossed him on the counter.

Inconsistent hours. Frequently closed and all cleaned up well before closing time on door or online. Donuts nothing special. I like the variety of sugar free coffee syrups.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve been to. I was really excited when a new one that was along my route opened up, but now it’s worth the extra minutes in my drive to go out of the way to the other locations.
The employees at this location….it’s like they’re not even trying. Several times I’ve asked about the caffeine content in certain beverages. They tell me there isn’t any caffeine, but then I pull up the Dunkin website and there IS caffeine, sometimes a LOT of it too which could be dangerous for people! Also, they act like you’re inconveniencing THEM when THEY mess up YOUR order and you ask them to correct it. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Just skip right past it and take the extra time to go to another location.
