The Dunkin’ in Crystal, MN is awesome! The staff is super friendly and they actually get to know their regulars. They always remember my order, which makes every visit feel personal. The coffee is always spot on and the donuts are fresh and tasty. Even when it’s busy, they move fast and keep things positive. Definitely my favorite Dunkin’ location!
The place is nice and clean, but the workers don’t respect people. They like they don’t see you when you walk in. They take their own time to serve. They are rude with attitude problems.
I had a great experience with the service here! Everything was smooth and I felt genuinely exceptional. A special shout out to lily. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt satisfied. She is so friendly and approachable. I left genuinely appreciated and impressed!
