I really enjoyed my breakfast here. Phenomenal French toast and nice crispy hash browns. Good prices for good portions. Want to go back and try the lunch/dinner really soon! Very friendly staff.

This is a local breakfast and Hispanic staple in Crystal. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is not over the top, but its solid and hits the spot. What more do you need? Its a solid breakfast spot, with good food, good people, and good prices. If you live in the area, make this your go-to breakfast spot. If you're in the area wanting breakfast, you can't go wrong.

I have been trying different breakfast/brunch spots in the area lately. By far the best classic Cleveland in the area. While eggs, toast, hashbrowns, and sausage is a simple dish, Family Cafe goes beyond expectation. The over easy eggs were perfect and not overcooked. The toast was hardy and buttery, and mopped up the yolk perfectly. The hashbrowns were crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. And the pork sausage links really were a home run! They were cooked perfectly, slightly crispy on the outside but the inside was very tender and juicy! I'll be back for those Sausage links and food that comes from the heart.

my boyfriend and I found this place while waiting for my nail appointment, and we are so glad we did! We have been wanting a good breakfast burrito for a while and theirs was delicious!!! Also had red pork tamales which were super good and super rare to find near us down in Anoka. Overall, great family owned, from what I can tell, little hole in the wall. Definitely recommend!!!

My wife and I found this place when it first opened about 3 years ago or so and I must say that it is the best food I have eaten aside from homemade my wife and I eat here weekly sometimes 2-3 times a week I have never been a big fan of Mexican food but I must say this is the best Mexican food anywhere hands down their breakfast is to die for especially ranchero skillet

Family Cafe and Diner in Crystal, MN, offers solid diner fare with some unique twists. I ordered the stuffed hashbrowns, which were good, but I think they would’ve been even better with a side of bacon or some other protein, as it doesn’t come with any on its own—I didn’t realize that at the time. They do have a side menu, but I didn’t order from it. My husband got the jalapeno burger, which came with a whole roasted jalapeno, adding a great spicy kick. Both meals were tasty and satisfying. I also tried their Horchata and pineapple drinks—both were delicious. The large Horchata was super large, definitely worth the price! Overall, great food, generous portions, and a cozy atmosphere.
