I do door dash I was picking up the order and couldn't understand the guy he was very loud and kept repeating himself after I asked him to stop. I did order fries and was the only one at the counter he read my number off I said ya that's me. Didn't hand me the bag then yielded my name I'm the only one there just hand me the bag I don't understand why he did this

As usual, INSANELY overpriced. Meals just 1 or 2 yrs ago, now triple in price and yet still cannot get orders correct, or even a smile. It is not just this location, but the company in general. Now THIS particular location they made the bisquit breakfast sandwich way smaller. So a higher price, less food.The meals I used to buy less than 18 months ago at $4.99 (and even this is high from a year or two before )is now crazy $7-$9 + depending on location. I actually saved the receipts to make sure it was not just tax. Same items different locations. For those not familiar with this practice. It is called price gouging. Something that has not hit the books as illegal in the state of Minnesota.

Don't chance it, customers. Franchisee, Teach your employees these are real animal products they are handling. So much waste here because employees don't prepare items to order. Absolutely sad. They don't get it here. The drive through was only speaking mixed English and Spanish, making it difficult to understand, then they would mock me saying they don't understand what I'm saying when repeating my order several times in different ways to try and work around their lack of understanding... No standards here. After the 3rd time in two years visiting this location, each time the order is wrong, even when the screen is clearly displayed correctly. The employees here seem to be playing games. I have allergies. I'm done giving chances to a company that does not hold standards or train about their impacts or seem to care about their customers health, people could cease to exist by eating here. Try the other restaurants in the area; for your health.Dietary restrictions: They did not take allergies seriously and I could not eat the food. How this place is still in business I have zero clue.

This place is bad. Just got back, First they gave me the wrong order then found 2 hairs.And the meat was pink all the way through. And one of the beverages tasted like Tooth decay. I asked for a refund they refused. They stated And I quote it's easier to Remake the food then to give you a refund computers are to complicated.

I have gone here probably 50 times and out of those 50 times has probably been 20 times that my order has been messed up. I am so tired of spending my money and not getting my order by the time I get home the order is not all there. Somethings always missing, if it’s the wrong drink size, it’s the fries that are filled half full or an item completely missing and then I try and call no one answers the phone. I was there this last time on January 20, 2024 at 8:35 PM order number 44 I ordered 3/4 pounders one fish fillet and I get home and a quarter pounder is missing. I called 10 times last night no answer I get up on the 21st and called five times no answer poor service for quality for everything. Shame on you for taking advantage of your customers
