The food was mediocre. The service was horrible. Once she brought the food the waitress never came back.We tried to flag them down several times as we considered asking about dessert. We asked a waitress about a desert menu and she walked away and never came back. We eventually went to the counter and asked at which time they told us they serve none. We asked for our check and waited, but it never came. We requested a second time then waited and waited. Finally we started to leave and thats when they finally noticed us while heading for the door. Never warmed our coffee or checked back after serving. $21 for a cup of coffee and a portobello sandwich! We did pay, but I was reluctant at their rudeness.

What a find I never heard about, but wish I'd known! I love the community connection of Milton's and glad they remain in business. The food is beyond compare. I understand it has been hard for communitybased enterprises to remain afloat. I urge anyone who is a fan of delicious flavor and great ambience to come to Milton's. You won't disappointed.

Just happened to learn of this place today, having lunch with friends and so glad we did! Great place for lunch (or dinner). Nice ambience, great and happy wait staff, and the food is great. Really nice to find a neighborhood place that serves food with a Jamaican or Caribbean flair, but totally good for someone who likes standard American fare as well. We will absolutely be back for lunch sometime. Don't miss out!

Staff was wonderful the greeting at the front door the seating how they wanted to make sure I was taken care of how they followed up. Every item of food was delicious French onion soup excellent. The food runners did a great job. Beverages were good head waitress was absolutely a charmer and contributed to a phenomenal experience. I do hopethat you will be able to stay open.

I ate at Milton's VVB tonight. The food was amazing, but the service was even better! The waitress was honestly the best waitress I've ever had! So friendly! I was blown away! Shout out to Wafaa for taking care of us! We hope to be able to visit Milton's again and again!
I made a reservation for my wife and I to eat here on a Friday night to get the Walley, went in and they have a sign saying wait to be seated, some lady looks at me and says she'll be right with us and started to clean the bar counter top and talk to the cooks while we are just standing there waiting to be seated for over 20min with multiple tables open. We left without eating. Customer service goes a long way!!

Ive worked plenty of restaurants. Ive never had a server argue with guests. She gave me a diet Pepsi when I asked for regular. And when I asked for a regular Pepsi she argued with me about what I said. My fiance also asked for a draft beer but gave him a can, and then told him they didnt have draft after the fact. I also heard her argue with the table next to us. The food was very bland and overpriced. First and last time we visit.
