my kids love Pizza hut. this Pizza hut consistently gets delivery orders incorrect. and their customer service stinks you can't get ahold of the store. and when you call the corporate number to register your discontent they have no way to reach out to the store overall a very awful experience.
We ordered pizza last night and were quoted 80-90 minutes which would have been fine. Called after two hours and spoke with store manager and they said that it should be there in 20 more minutes. We were really hungry and hadn’t yet received our order. After staying up until 3 am (originally quoted 12:25 delivery time) we finally realized that our food was never coming and went to bed hungry. More often than not, the food is wrong or over cooked. Today, all toppings were slid over to one side and all over the inside of the box. Frustrating.
