Received these virtually empty hard shell tacos the other night when we needed a quick backup dinner. We laughed pretty hard at how sad they looked, but they were supposed to be part of my 12 year old son's meal which was not cool. Accuracy at this place is pretty spotty to begin with, but this was a new one. Certainly felt like a waste of my money.

Things are fine if you do the drive thru but do NOT go inside. They do not prioritize their inside orders at all. I watched the long drive thru line turnover 20x while in the car with my kids able my husband was inside getting 3 cheesy roll ups. The inside team acknowledge they have our order and the orders of others waiting and yet have still not filled them. Choose drive thru only.

I went to order food for my family and the young kid working took 20 minutes before I even got my order and they still forgot food I asked to see a manager and she was extremely rude not once did she offer to fix things or anything I will never ever go back to the Crystal Taco Bell they are so unorganized and ghetto ratchet there’s only young kids working there that don’t know what the hell they’re doing and the couple of older people that work there are always in the back of the restaurant smoking weed so it’s smells like weed in the restaurant and also the young people there constantly touching everything and not changing their gloves I think that is absolutely disgusting Corporate needs to hire better staff for this Location otherwise shut them down

Don't usually shout out on Google guides for fast food but the team working 9/23/24 were doing an excellent job - keep it up - each of you matters you never know the goodness you give out to your patrons besides food... 👍

Horrible service. Ordered via the drive thru and they forgot half our order. Drove back through the drive thru and they claimed “oh we tried to catch you!” Drove away to find that the bag we got was still missing HALF of the missing food. Desperately in need of help as this is a chronic problem happening when there are no cars waiting and no one in the restaurant. Take the extra five minutes and drive to Plymouth, the wait may be longer but you’ll actually get what you pay for.
