I've always gotten great customer service from this location. Their food is consistent. Their staff are polite and respectful. If something is wrong they make it right and apologize for it. I know it's only fast food but their customer service is top notch and the establishment is kept clean.

Better double check your order before you leave. They miss part of my order at least 50% of the time, and twice I've gotten the wrong order all together. The food is usually pretty good, and the staff is always nice, I just wish they would learn to double check so I'd stop getting shorted what I paid for.

Just tried to order food online , order was accepted but cancelled twice by driver when I tried to call the Taco Bell they took the phone off the line so I couldn’t contact them. This has happened multiple times in this location. Worst customer service ever

I never get order right whatever it is I order and the people who work there are so rude and care less about the customers and there high on the job and I know this cause I have driven up to the taco bell to go in and they would all be standing right by the main doors smoking blunts and I was so angry that they thought they could hide the fact they were smoking weed but Hello the weed smell was everywhere and they walked in and was gonna make my food soon as I order..Hell Nah!!!First off,,Wash your hands and 2nd ,u ain't making my food high just to mess my food up.No wonder food is messed up always..Dont Go THIS TACO BELL!!!

Service here is very poor,not friendly,attitude,no sauce or napkins given. Food is ok
Placed 2 orders at the kiosk inside. 1 with card, one with cash. Waited 28 minutes for the food to begin being made. The guy at the counter offered me 2 coupons for free food, only able to be used at that location for my inconvenience. I gave them to a gentleman standing in line behind me, I won't be returning to this location any time soon. The lady behind the counter who made my food once she realized I'd been waiting a half hour is the real hero here and deserves a raise. She was apologetic and frustrated for me, and I hope she gets the help at this location that she deserves. The rest of the staff is not paid enough to care or have pride in their work.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Lady on the night shift kept rushing me to order. I believe she is the team lead. Either way she was rude. Stay far away from this place

Need to do a little better on getting the right items customized the way its asked for. Also, I am getting the response that the food is ready when it's not.Parking: 4 spots by door, there is other parking available with the Casey's gas station that it is attached with.
Stood there for ten minutes. Got asked if I have been helped I said no. Dude walked away then came back ordered his food and didn’t help at all. To busy putting his hat on 16 different ways. Didn’t help anybody at all. There was me and three other people and not one was asked what they wanted. Never step foot in that place at all. I didn’t even order I just left and went to another Taco Bell. So if their idea is not to work they succeeded in that plan.
