Went to have dinner with my husband and 5yr old daughter and as soon as we walked in we could hear yelling from the kitchen. The whole time we were there the manager yelled everything and also talked about another staff member that wasn't there. We also could hear them throwing F bombs to each other and then every other word was a swear word. Another family walked in to dine and the guy stood there for a long time waiting to have his order taken. He finally had to say: "Excuse me?? Can someone help us please??" After they had been eating for 30mins the dad got up and went up to the counter and talked to the manager about her language. I was VERY upset at the staff there.

Everything it's just wrong. Every time. Last night we got a broccoli cheese potato it came with 2 pieces of broccoli. ( took picture) Disgusting waste of money. Why would anyone eat that? No sour cream, fork or napkins? Seriously? Didn't expect much , but food as ordered. And you couldn't fix it? Enjoy your $3 .

Slow service, food was warm, not hot and person behind counter shuffled along as if I had all the time in the world. I ordered three items and she still asked me what I wanted. She was so busy conversing with her family member, other customers got neglected. Yikes! Cross that location off my "fast food" run.

Horrible service. The manager yell at us 5 times "the lobby closes at 9". It was 8:15, and my family and I did not intended to stay until 9. I thought good customer service skills were required, specially for a manager!

The Wendy's in crystal is awesome! The Wendy's on CO Rd 9 in Plymouth is abysmal! Twice I had problems at the one on CO Rd 9 and I never got a call back and when I asked for a call back from somebody higher than the store from the customer service line I never got a call! At least one location can do things right because their office doesn't care about customers at all! Because of this I will give them just 2 stars over all though the crystal location deserves 5 stars!
