Trouble's does a really good job with bar food and with service. Prices are reasonable. If this building could ever fix the fly issue, i woukd give 5 of 5. Service is always great and staff is always courteous.

I ordered 2 meals and pizza pillows for my friend and I. Upon getting back to her house (20 mins away) we opened gross old food. Everything was cold and the sweet potato fries were absolutely cooked in dirty oil. The only thing that was hot was the marinara sauce for the pillows. It was a Sunday night and I wanted to reflect on our experience. By Monday I asked my friend if she could call and address this situation with the store since I’m not local. She was addressed with “you should have called sooner” and “you should have come back” ummmm I didn’t know there was a timeline for accountability. Customer service seems to need some help. But let me help you by ensuring we never eat there again. We came to you with what issues we had but didn’t know there was a right way or time to bring it to your attention. Be so for real. In this economy you can’t treat customers like this. This type of behavior is why a little hillbilly small town place like this is likely to fail. But I’m glad my one time transaction was worth treating me this way.

Great small town bar. The food was good and the drinks didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and always ready when we needed anything.
Finally! It's great to have this awesome little bar in Darwin! About 40 of us stopped in after a funeral in town. I doubt that they were anticipating their early afternoon Wednesday would be so busy! However, between the food and drinks, they accommodated us with smiles and made an otherwise sad day into a fun filled family get-together! I will be back a lot on my weekend trips to my lake lot on Stella! Thank you very much!

Top bun was pillowy and toasted well. The bottom bun squishes flat and doesn't necessarily hold up as the burger sits for a period of time.
Slaw, bbq sauce, bacon, pepper jack cheese. A truly down-home great bar and grill with unique burgers, fantastic onion rings, and craft beer on tap in a little hidden corner of the Midwest. Easy parking but the place was busy and it's right next to the world's largest ball of twine. Midwest friendly service and surely a meeting place for the locals. Really enjoyed it.
