We loved our visit to Thirsty's in Dassel! The new owners are just fabulous and we totally loved our food! I enjoyed the Bourbon Burger with yummy, creamy coleslaw and Troy had the Red Rooster Burger with an over-easy egg and awesome, crispy seasoned fries. Sarah made me thee BEST Old Fashioned I've ever had around here, for real, with the most perfect big ice cube, excellent bourbon and filthy, amazing cherries! 🍒😉We highly recommend! And Cheers to many, many years of success, we'll be back often! 🤩❤️✨️

We trust them enough to send our golf cart customers there when thinking about purchasing a golf cart and the customers love the food, staff, and atmosphere. What an awesome little gem of a spot. Awesome food, the people working there were great - especially the overwhelmed bar tender last week. She was great, could have used some extra hands though, management. Patio was perfect for a bunch of go-karting sweaty knuckle heads like us.
If I owned a business I would come in here and take notes . . . You won't find individuals that care more about their guests and environment within 100 miles 👍

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We came in and sat down at a table and the server did not even acknowledge us. A few other tables showed up and sat after us and she went up to them to bring menus/water/take their orders before us. We ended up having to go up to the bar and get our own waters. She heard us talking to the owner and then decided to bring a water pitcher to our table. In doing so, she slammed the pitcher on the table and ended up spilling it on our grandmother. We sat at the table for over 35 minutes before she finally came up to take our food orders. After an additional 30+ minutes our food came out and it was so over cooked/burnt no one finished their meal. We were able to snap the fries in half like potato chips. We told the owner that we were receiving poor service and she was very apologetic and so kind, but the server still had an incredible attitude problem. We won’t be returning to this establishment because of the service and food!

Server on a Saturday August 17th spilled multiple drinks and then refused to wait on our table because there was 7 of us…. Major attitude problem and feel bad the owner should deal with this woman immediately.
