Ordered at the Drive thru,Got chicken baskets and ice cream they made my ice cream and it sat there the whole 15 mins I had to wait by the time i even got anything my ice cream was already melted asked if they could remake them and they said No because they already charged to make it the first time around and if I wasn't happy about it talk it up with the OWNERS couldn't even get my money back...

Most lousy and unappetizing Dairy Queen I’ve ever visited. They had poor customer service. The young lady at the window was rude. And all of the food was cold. They serve you cold, broken chunks of chicken covered in grease.

This location of DQ is one of the best franchises that I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and make my order correct and in a timely manner; regardless of whether they are slow or busy.
