Extremely slow service. It will take on average, 2 hours to get food even when it’s not busy.
Don't get the friday fish. Super greasy and just nasty. Food took forever and it wasn't even very busy. Root beer was good

We got the Chicken Tenders Basket (6-8 strips and a TON of fries!) and shared an order of cheese curds which was both tasty and generously sized!! Very impressed with the food, especially when stopping by randomly on a Sunday night when we were just two of five total people inside. I was afraid we'd be denied food service, but the bartender was very polite and accommodating and she recommended we get something from the fryer, which we were happy to oblige with. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice spot for a burger and a beer. Seems popular with the locals, and everyone is friendly. Reasonable prices for classic a bar food menu. Food and service were good!

The outpost is where we ate dinner for most of the last week. The menu listed here is not the one they have now, so this Google listing isn’t being kept up to date. We had several of the dishes, and not one of them was disappointing. The BBQ chicken pizza was spectacular. The baby back ribs were good. I can’t remember exactly what else we had. The service was good. We ate in the bar, not the dining room. For convenience, atmosphere, and good company this place is great!

Very friendly staff. Service is timely. Food is excellent. Outpost is a less frequented bar/restaurant because of location I assume. Every item I’ve ordered after numerous visits has been excellent and prices are very reasonable. Friday fish is outstanding, Saturday prime rib is excellent and Sunday chicken is my favorite

I got here at 4:50 pm on a Wednesday for burger night. It wasn't busy. Waitress gave me a menu and then disappeared. I gave her 30 minutes before I was going to walk out but she came back like 20-25 minutes later. The alpine burger was okay but they give you a ton of fries that were also okay. Overall I wasn't very impressed but I will try again on Sunday.

It was the best hot beef sandwich I've had in the area.

Really enjoyed this place. Had a very large bar & multiple TVs. We each had a Reuben & they were so good, but so big we probably could have split one. We’ll be back for sure to try other menu items.

They always have good food here. We have a cabin not too far, and when we come into town, we come here. Everything is always so good!
