I was scared, but it was VERY GOOD FOOD & EXCELLENT FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE!!! I vegetables omlette, wild rice cranberry toast, hash browns all excellent. But weak coffee, colored water. We need stronger coffee please.

Small little home town diner, cute hard to find a seat but food was pretty decent. Biggest downfall only one bathroom and some don't lock the door so you walk in on people. Staff was very friendly, lots of people.

We come through Deer River from Green Bay Wisconsin headed to visit family in North Dakota. We stop here every time and it doesn’t matter what we order; the food is absolutely amazing. It’s truly old school- homemade with love and care. The prices are great, the food and the portions are great, the service is great and the people and atmosphere are great. We can’t say enough about this place. The hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes is amazing! There’s no deli shaved meat here, nope. It’s chunks of roast beef with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy. You’ll never find anything like this is all of Wisconsin! Best place EVER!! You must come here for sure!!! We love it!! 🥰
