We order food and they have gotten our pizza wrong everytime then we wait for an hour for the correct pizza. Honestly not gonna keep reporting if they aren't gonna fix the issue and learn from the mistakes. Like look at the order and the pizza to make sure it it correct before delivery.

Everytime I go to this location they mess up my order. The first time they forgot a pizza I ordered and this time I ordered breadsticks and when I got home I realized they gave me cinnamon twists instead of my garlic knots and gave me marinara sauce for it? Getting really sick of the constant mistakes. I drive 15 mins to get there 15 mins home to realize my order is wrong

Delicious pizza, at very reasonable prices! Order here all the time and rarely have anything negative to say!
Parking: Minimal spots but never a problem, Parking directly in front of the door As well as car side delivery
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entrance as well as car side delivery
Ordered 3 times and 1st time, hair in pizza...yuck. Other 2 times never got what i ordered nor was pizza cut , that was no big deal as I could cut it... but not getting the pizza you ordered??

Twice in the past I ordered NY style and it was perfect. Last nite I stopped in to order and I think the guy was deaf. Wanted a NY 16” with pepperoni, black olives, half green peppers. I got a cheese, green olives, black olives and a terrible looking crust. Couldn’t tell what size it was. And I believe I was charged to much. It didn’t look anything like previously purchased NY style.

I’ve ordered many times from my boyfriends house and everytime we get chicken wings with bbq sauce there’s like no sauce! Do you know how to make BBQ chicken wings or nah??

Every time I come here I have to wait more than half an hour for 1 pepperoni pizza and somehow they still manage to screw it up! Half the crust was ripped off my pizza??? Seems like a lot of people deal with this here cause whenever I go in their building there’s always someone else who’s been waiting a half hour or longer. The staff are extremely cheap and they’re always short with the customers. It’s worth the drive to Brainerd if you want good food in a timely manner from respectful employees.

The lady at the register needs serious help she doesn't understand how to put cash in them put the rest on a card I payed a extra 7 dollars I noticed when I went on my bank account. Would not come back or recommed this location 1 star. This was at 230 on 4/21 she needs to be canned
