Baristas were curt and rude. We were two people and went inside, not through the drive thru. We waited a long time for our order to be taken. And a very long time for it to be ready. We sat near the pick-up counter. When we finally went to check on it, It turns out they whispered our name and set out order on the counter where we placed it. When we complained the first person just stared back and didn't answer. So we said something to a second person. She didn't even look at us and didn't apologize, just said something defensive.

Worst Caribou location I’ve ever been to and will never take my business there again, get coffee and lumberjack, I mines well ordered just ice instead of coffee with how much I got (my bad should’ve asked for lite ice I guess) but then it takes roughly 15 minutes to make that lumberjack when the store is very dead at noon, and then the sandwich was cold, lucky I’m not an A-HOLE and asked for my money back and now cholula is a add on for a burrito now and you can’t just get a packet, this store is so ass backwards on top of having snarchy attitudes, I don’t even right reviews this place is just awful.

I grabbed a coffee on my way out of town and was on the road by the time I realized they screwed up my order. Tasted terrible-totally undrinkable. Returned to the store early the next day and went in for a remake, which they refused to do. Their policy is that it's the customer's responsibility to find their mistakes the same day or they don't remake. I never heard of anything so ridiculous. My recommendation: don't leave the drive through and don't tip until you've tasted the coffee. This store has a very low standards for quality control and customer care.

The lumberjack sandwich is tdf. I love the new cinnamon caramel shakers! Always lovely to me! Sometimes, I get dairy milk instead of almond, and it makes my tummy hurt, but I've made it pretty clear the last few visits how that affects me. Needless to say, they've gotten my order correct! I'm a huge Caribou fan. So much so even over Starbucks!

I ordered a chai tea and it was awful. I am usually a chai tea drinker so this wasn’t my first time. I would explain the taste of it as nail polish remover. I asked to get a new drink but they said I can’t get a new drink just because I didn’t like it… I understand that to a certain extent but not when the drink itself is awful.
Went in for coffee, tea and to study with my son. Ended up getting a bagel and cream cheese that were right on! Staff is always friendly and my son enjoys doing his homework there.

Um.... Really? Can I get more not sure how my dog could even get that splash out? "SORRY WERE LOW ON WHIP?". Been going here everyday for over a year. Service is getting horrible. Drinks are hit or miss. Gonna find a Starbucks.

I ordered my latte ahead of time and I know I selected a full shot of vanilla before adding it to the cart. I switched it to a large after I added it to the cart and I'm assuming that's where the vanilla dropped off. I asked for them to add it in and they said they couldn't if it wasn't already paid for. I would have been happy to give them cash for it. Had to throw away my bitter $8 coffee. Very disappointed. Next time I'll make the extra trip for Starbucks
