Well I went here with a friend on January 20th 2026. Brought left overs to my husband at home. All three of us now have upset stomachs and are living on the toilet. 🤢My friend’s wife and all our kids (who did not eat the DQ) are perfectly fine.

Ill start off by saying there's some hard working kids here. With that being said, im not sure if this place has new ownership or not but tonight was a nightmare. I frequently have to repeat myself at the window but tonight was the worst. Everything was needed to be said 2 or 3 times. Then when I ordered 2 pup cups for the dogs, an older lady told me the dogs need to be in the car to get them. Ive been to this diary queen once a week for who knows how long. Not 1 time have I ever need to bring my dogs. Also, its freezing cold outside. And do you think for a second I'm letting 2 dogs go wild on a pup cup inside a 80k dollar suv? You're out of your mind. Even the young lady at the window was as confused as I was. I just paid 20 dollars for 70 cents in ice cream and youre worried about 3 cents more? Needless to say they will not be getting any more of my money and I will go elsewhere. Once the customer service goes, so does everything else.

I got sent on a doordash order to this store. I arrived 8 minutes after they closed. She refused to make the order. that's fine. her choice, but to not even have the decency to talk with me. To make me have to call the store while you stare at me through the Glass door is horrible customer service. Hopefully you move on to bigger and better things. Then maybe, you may get replaced by a manager who actually cares. Two thumbs down for your customer service and your attitude. Don't ever forget that any person who comes into your store is a potential customer.

Online order not ready, Employees not helpfull just look at each other like you do it. 3 different employees to do 1 order with very little customers in store or drive thru. I was told I can get my own drinks. Worst online order ever from a fast food restaurant.

Absolutely the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Food was HOT and FRESH, Cooked to perfection. Ice Cream was perfect as well. Amazing staff, amazing people. Really really amazing place here. I love them

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. I ordered the cake early and asked Please write my daughter's name and happy birthday. When I picked up the cake it was blank. never again will i order a cake from the dair queen in Delano mn.
