Used my rewards. To get 4 piece chicken strips up graded to onion ring they were over cooked and got 2 gravies instead of one them being a honey mustard like I ordered.

Went through the drive-thru to pick up an ice cream treat after the family and I spent the day at a Pumpkin Patch...very tasty.
My restaurant reviews are not a comparison (because everything would rate 1 star compared to my best experience) but rather does it live up to expectations?
I don't have high expectations for fast food. Decent food, fast service, I don't particularly even need it served with a smile. Clean restaurant.
This particular location is always friendly, always fast, and most importantly to me, one of the few fast food places that actually gets my order right every time. I'm tired of having a disappointed child with the wrong hamburger (all kiddo wants is ketchup, it shouldn't be hard). I really appreciate this spot for always getting it right, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Genuinely nice people.
I wouldn't call this place clean. I think it's a combination of aging facilities and consistent service that doesn't leave time for cleaning but it always feels generally dirty and the atmosphere is depressing at best. Hopefully it's less depressing for the staff but it could use a remodel 🙂

Had to wait for my to-go order with a line of cars. Also had to wait again because the guy with my bag of food talked to the car ahead of me before bringing it to me. Bacon was chewy and not cooked fully. Ordered a large fries and got a small portion. Fries were stale. Terrible service and food.

Employee didn't give us a table tent with our number. Waited for 45 mins.Our food went to another table and then was passed around from table to table. When address to the staff the issue we still get food for another 30 minutes. When the manager finally arrived she was confused and didn't know what to do. Worst experience ever will never go back.
