I guess it's not hard to let a dining room look disgusting with filthy tables when employees are encouraged to hide in the back. You have to stand at the counter and holler repeatedly before someone will even look in your direction. They really go to every effort to have absolutely ZERO interactions with their customers.

I ordered a filet of fish and a small fry. What I got was cold soggy fries and a Luke warm fish. If I wasn't pressed for time that night both items would have been Givin back. I don't know if using your mc app is any faster but your service is nasty

Was through the drive through, the woman didn't understand nor speak English well. Didn't confirm the order, misheard and didn't confirm what should have sounded like an odd request. Ended up with milk when trying to confirm that I wanted a meal. In the end got a drink I can't drink with a meal that didn't make sense.

There was a rat in my milkshake but other than that It was pretty good. The fries were decent and there was some sort of mystery sauce on my burger which was a fun surprise! Also service was good the worker didn’t even leave my table till I farted.

Think they've only messed up an order/soggy food <10% of the time whereas other mcds/restaurants are at >25% . Glad we live in Delano :).
Most days of the week I get breakfast here and I get the same thing every time. And they mess up my order almost every time. This morning, I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They gave me a bagel. Last week, they gave me sausage instead of bacon and on a different order I got a muffin instead of a biscuit. These guys cannot get an order straight for the life of them. If I’m paying $5 for a sandwich, I’d at least like to get what I paid for.

Typical McDonald's experience. The fries were fresh and the food was made right and hot. If you use the mobile app you can also do the meal deal and make it very affordable. Fed the whole family for $30 only because the kids wanted to try the chicken big mac, otherwise we only spend $20 to fees the family with mobile $5 meal deal.

Was just in the drive through, got the order wrong and didn't want to quick help me with fix it. It would of only taken the person like a minute to quick fix it. Always seems to be out of stock of stuff. Customer service is always in a rush. Why should someone wait 15 minutes to wait for 1 thing to get fixed. It should be first come first served.

Solid location. Similar issues as every other McD's (loud, frantic) but food comes out quickly, staff are nice, and the place is clean. Had one incorrect order out of my last 15 but it was fixed easily.
