I was at there location in Delano earlier today around 1130am. I ordered a cheeseburger off my rewards app. I didn't have enough for a small fry, & I had to put it back. Went thru the drive thru & here they put a small fry in my bag. Thanks McDonald's! Very thoughtful! I was bringing it to my son who works in maple plain, & I was coming from winstead. That made my day!đ

Horrible. I placed a mobile order leaving the grocery store because I noticed that the drive through was empty. I had to wait at the speaker for anyone to take my order. At the window, I was told Iâd need to wait another 2 minutes and instructed to pull ahead. It took 6 minutes to get my order: 1 QP Deluxe. When the order finally came out, it came out with the order of the person behind me in line. That means that delivery of my mobile order was delayed until the order of the person behind me was complete. The sandwich wasnât even hot. Horrible.
This is the worst McDonald's in Minnesota, and it's really unfortunate because it's the one that's most convenient to my home. They can't ever get an order right, and they are utterly non-responsive to complains or inquiries to fix it.
