Just picked up a dozen chicken wings, and a Banh mi sandwich. If these aren't the best wings we've had, they were equal to it! The wings are huge, magically crispy and smoky at the same time! A dozen will fill nearly 2 people! Really large including all 3 piece of a wing as one.The Banh MI was equally good, honestly only split half with my wife because we were so full. Stop in if you see their trailer, better than any restaurant version.
A huge shout out to Northern Smoke BBQ Food Truck Niki, Mia & Jody will definitely return!!! Chicken wings, Banh Mi sandwich, Buffalo Pork sandwich, nachos & tacos were Amazing!!! Be sure to try a side order of the beans and cucumber salad!!!! We highly suggest stopping when you see this truck!! They were at Rustin Brewery tonight!!!

Amazing dry rub chicken wings, tacos, ribs and pulled pork! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Their dry rub is so good I purchase it from Nick to use in my own restaurant. Super clean trailer so I know the food coming out is too notch and coming from a very clean kitchen. 100% recommend finding them and visiting them OFTEN!
