Pizza Hut

Undercooked tasteless terrible pizza. This Deleno location used to be my go to pizza hut but no more.
If I knew I was going to have to reheat a pizza once I got home I would have gone to Papa Murphy's down the street.

Usually the past 3 out of 5 times I have ordered from the Delano, Mn Pizza Hut , I can honestly say they have called me and have been out of a particular item, which i can understand once or twice..things come up . But 3 or 4 times is getting to be a bit much ! When you run out of basics like pizza crusts , that's when its frustrating!! Not only that , I usually leave a 20% tip or mire for my delivery driver and they ALWAYS forget an item or drop our food on our porch.
Needless to say, I will never call or use the mobile order again and we will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again , sorry but we work too hard for these employees to be so Apathetic about our order .

Great pizza and even better service! Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Big thanks to Nathaniel for being super friendly and making the experience awesome. Will definitely be back!

The location has been great, pizza is always done to order, but absolutely hate when they use DoorDash as it is always delivered late.

Good pizza done quickly and on time. Would go back again. Staff very nice.

The pizza was as expected. The order was incorrect like always.

It took me awhile to figure out what was the best deal for me while ordering at the counter. But they were patient with me even though they were busy, I really appreciated that.

The pizza came out great staff was wonderful I would come here again and I would recommend it.

The pizzas from this location come consistently under cooked. They have arrived under-baked 6 of the 8 times we've ordered from here. Yesterday, a thin crust and a stuffed crust both arrived doughy with uncooked vegetables - even though we asked for "well-done, please." None of us could enjoy any of it. Please do better, you're the only business that delivers to our neighborhood, and the pizza could be so good if they'd take the time to cook it long enough or fix the oven.

The manager proudly proclaimed on Facebook that rude customers deserve “extra sauce” in a wink wink kinda way.

It's Pizza Hut has not changed much over the years. It was good.

For some odd reason everytime I go into this restaurant one of the employees seems to have an attitude problem with me. She also needs to work on her customer service skills. I honestly feel like she shouldn't even be working there.I was told the manager would contact me about her calling me and pretending to be the manager. Its has been 2 weeks and I still have not received a call.. That is why i am only giving one star.. Your store doesn't even deserve that..
