Service was good. Food not so much. Food came out without dipping sauces. Bacon cheeseburger came without bacon and tasted of soap. 🤷‍♂️

Fries were very good however the dill pickle ones were very lightly seasoned so didn’t taste much of the pickle flavor. Brygge burger was just ok. Overall food quality was ok nothing special. Good service. Clean and nice interior space.

I was in Detroit Lakes for work and tried Brygge’s for dinner. Their signature burger was excellent. Huge selection of tap beers and their fries were the best I’ve ever had. Friendly staff too.
Definitely 5 stars.

Came into Detroit Lakes late on a Friday night and had trouble hunting up a good place that was open late but family-friendly. Brygge was perfect! The exact atmosphere we were looking for. Unfortunately, the night turned odd and it'll be hard to convince ourselves to make a return visit. Absolutely the worst tap beer I have ever had. It was like they drew it in the middle of the afternoon and let it sit in the cooler for six hours. My son's order was wrong and my wife got something she didn't eat more than one bite of. That's not entirely Brygge's fault: She ordered something a little odd and probably shouldn't have, but between all the oddities this won't be our first choice next time.

Clean restaurant lots of windows not at the lake beach, near Central market. Great outdoor fireplace on the patio. Intriguing menu items such as gouda cheese quesadilla and pickle bites. Extensive collection of beers on tap, bemidji blonde my favorite, available. Their chicken and cream cheese fried rolls and French fry straws are the bomb too. Love Brygge taps and Tastes.
