01/19 I went in to the lobby to order my phone waited 5 minutes total for someone to help me. My order was placed at 6:44pm there was a worker there swearing in front of a lobby full of customers. I finally received my meal at 7:07pm my order was in a DoorDash bag ready to go for a DoorDash delivery when I was not a DoorDash order. 23 minutes total Waiting for my meal. My meal was cold fries cold burgers. Not very happy at all.

Was told they couldn’t take my order because had a bunch of mobile orders to fill. Only 2 cars in drive thru. Nobody dining in. That manager is so crabby all the time . We just left if you don’t have time for 2 sandwiches. M

Ordered through the app, and went to pick it up through the drive through at 9:30 pm. We were notified that they were closed. When we pulled around we saw all the crew members sitting outside on the curb in the drive through lane. We were able to get a refund in the app. Know some good people that worked there during the day, don't know anything about night shift though.

Drive thru. If you want time to write a review just to through the drive thru here. It took nine minutes per vehicle, three vehicles took 27 minutes. How can a staff and manager be so clueless on this works...fast food at the slowest.
Got a chicken sandwich that was cold, stale, and dry as a bone. Never had a good experience in the handful of times I’ve went. Hopefully they get better staffing or just close down period.

I ordered a bacon king got there small hamburger with no cheese and a slice of bacon but when I asked for a refund the guy I think he is like manager or something just nope that's a bacon while picking up my burger with greasy hands, and the worst part I paid full price and got scammed. Have been there in 4 months
