Waited 10 minutes for a chai tea after ordering inside the store, ended up late for work, never did get to taste the drink, had to leave. Apparently, the drive-thru is more important. If you want service try to drive through?

Not sure if the previous review is accurate. My wife and I went in to get some coffee for us and our friends. The workers were very friendly for being short staffed, did a great job handing all the customers. The bathroom was not very tidy, but not dirty! I think some people expect places to be perfect all the time, but that's not how it works!

This store is always neat and tidy by the front counter. The people at the front counter are friendly. Occasionally the trash can is very full but it’s during very busy times that I’ve seen that.
