Fantastic place to eat with huge servings and down to earth amazing stuff... Emily cooks up a mean breakfast on the weekends and Tony is a hilarious ball of energy and a fantastic barkeep. Wonderful Bloody Mary's. Absolutely two thumbs up!

I had been wanting to try this place forever when a few friends of mine had said they were going down to check out their meat raffle so I told them to let me know how it goes and what it’s like! They seated themselves and ordered 2 burgers and two beers. After an HOUR of no meat raffle tickets offered, no burgers and two empty beers they had watched tables that came in after them getting served drinks and food while also being offered to play the meat raffle. So they decided were just too busy and they’d go to the next joint for some food and drinks. They respectfully put 7$ down on the table for their 2 beers and proceeded on with their day without a complaint just to be absolutely blindsided by a total man hunt on Facebook by the Charlie’s Facebook page claiming they had walked out on their tabs with a picture of them off the cameras. Even went as far to say they didn’t check on their food order and it was their fault. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! I will add they said there was one girl absolutely running her butt off while a “gentleman” sat behind the bar glaring at everyone and complaining about having to get up off his stool to serve costumers! Hope their “regulars” can keep them open since new business is not welcomed, not served and then man hunted for paying for the service they received and leaving! Just absolutely astonishing.

Had friends stop by, ordered food and couple beers. Went for the meat raffle. Hour no food, and locals got most of the attention. Then my friends left money on the table for their beers and walked out. Then their picture got posted for walking out on tab!!! Pretty low! People came in after them and got served and their food. Service socks and so low to post pic! Lost a good tipping customer!!! Kinda ridiculous over 2 fn beers!

Bartender would not bring me and my brother another pop until someone else told the Bartender we need a pop and she was not friendly at all and didn't check back to see how everything was ok

Service from the bartender was horrible. Huge snot, extremely rude, acted annoyed by everything we said or did.
We asked if they served a veggie burger, she laughed at me and said you can order a salad.
Was playing pull tabs and she was annoyed that we weren’t using a basket even though we kept the garbage ones stacked together. Made a comment about us using a basket next time.
Won $200 on pull tabs and again she became super annoyed because we have ND ids instead of MN ids because apparently it takes more work or time.
We brought our dogs with since it wasn’t a super hot day, parked in the back off to the side away from other cars because we have a dog that barks at people. She made a snotty comment about our dogs barking. My husband wanted to stay for the rest of the meat raffle, but we ended up leaving because of her.
It was our first time here. Not a good first impression. We have heard lots of great things about the owner and the bar and wanted to try it out.
Was told by waitress,1 1/2 hour wait for food,only took 1/2 hour !

Waiter were nice, everyone was nice there, problem was, we all ordered burgers, and after 1.5 hours, our food wasn’t even on the grille yet, 4 drinks (2 cocacolas, 2margaritas) was 16 dollars.

The only way I'd go back is if I needed extra colonoscopy prep. The burgers and fries were meh. The burgers themselves had a weird aftertaste. They were supposed to have prime rib on Saturdays (which is what we were coming for) but that was unavailable. Our waitress was very nice. We won't be back.
