It's sad how this place can have such good food one day, and the next terrible food and service. Not consistent at all.
Old Little native Lady opening the door was extremely rude to multiple guests. Caused us to walk right away without even ordering. Very disrespectful

I have been going here since they first opened in the old Erie Jr. location. Quality has been going down hill every ten years or so. I went today and wont be going again. The egg rolls I loved were so sweet it was obvious there was way too much sugar and msg added and no meat. The fried rice had bean sprouts, which I dont like, never used to and was crunchy, under cooked and flavorless. kung pao chicken was not spicy. I asked for alot of heat a 5 if they still do 1-5. The celery is cut in big tough chunks. Not on an angle and thin to be tander, same with green peppers, just huge chunks. And the beautiful chicken breast they used to add generously, was chewy and tough and few and far between. No carrots but added bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Prices were outrageous. 1 combination plate and one order of sweet and sour chicken was $45.00. I can make it better at home and convenience isnt worth the price.

Orange chicken was super soggy and tastes like it was cooked with fish. Prices are much higher than the menu they have on Google.

Sorry but the worst buffet ever!!!
Food is just as good as it was 4 years ago. Don't listen to the bad reviews. Everything was fresh and service was great.

Ordered the beef n broccoli and got no beef. Very disappointing especially considering it was $18. The food was also nothing special, just good enough to keep down. Would not recommend

This is one of the best restaurants in DL. It’s family owned and operated and has been serving the community for decades! Same quality today as it was in the 90s. Try the sweet and sour pork with white rice 😍

I do not normally write reviews unless there’s an exceptional reason for doing so. And that’s the case with last Thursday’s meal at the Chinese Dragon. After a medical appointment that morning, we brought mom to the restaurant for her favorite kind of food. The server overheard us talking about mom’s 101st birthday party which was two days earlier. The next thing we know she brings two beautiful, fresh cut roses in a vase out to mom. Then mom receives a lovely Oriental fan from them. Then Mr. Wa, the owner, comes out and visits with mom for a very long time and made her feel very special. She adopted him on the spot. So not only did we have a great meal (I’ve never had otherwise at the Chinese Dragon), we saw owner and staff go out of their way to make an elderly woman they’d never met before feel very special. So it isn’t just good food they serve here, it’s something almost akin to love.

The food is great but the recent extreme hike in prices is insane. The online menu shows a much cheaper price but when you get there the price is very much increased to the point I won't be back and I have been a customer for years.
Food was really good like it usually is BUT prices are becoming completely unacceptable. The prices have gone up several times recently. When dishes start approaching to 20.00 mark, this is not longer going to work. We will return but if prices rise again, we will go elsewhere. Gouging customers is not a good way too keep them coming back.

The service was great. The servers were very kind and helpful. The soup was good, but the entree was inedible. It tasted like it was just saturated with salt, and I couldn't eat it. I wonder if the cooks taste the food before sending it out because it was so bad. All I could taste was salt. I will not be going back. It was expensive, too, $20.
