Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Terrible service. Staff were making purchases of their own prior to acknowledging customers at the register. Ordered two 6 piece chicken strip baskets and they charged me for each beverage which should be included in the price of the basket($35 for two meals). I ordered to go and they brought me 2 open boxes of food that I had to close and place in a bag.

I was really surprised by the rudeness i was met by when i pulled up to window. Not impressed. I had been waiting for a good 10 minutes at the to order spot and it was silent. Radio silent. Left with nothing thanks for nothing. Will not be coming back

I ordered 2 blizzards and neither of the blizzards were flipped. I asked if it was true that you get a free blizzard when the blizzards are not flipped and the employee shut the window on me. Not impressed

I put four on food because there's never enough I put five on atmosphere Because I set in my vehicle And eat with the people I went with And it's always five star Also as far as parking It's a great time to go to the dl park

The lady on the drive through was rude and the ice cream was melted and proportioned incorrectly. It's very sad that some owner invest their money into a business and employees like her try to ruin it for them. Time to go through your staff and make sure you have a team of friendly, customer oriented people. Dairy queen sets high standards and at least s I me of your staff are missing it.

Food was decent. The girl forgot the ice water we ordered. We asked for it at the window, and we were informed it would be $ .75 for a glass of ice water... even though we just ordered 2 meals for over 28 bucks. Won't be back.
