Stopped in for dinner with the wire. Tacos carnitas came out as advertised. They were amazing, the carnitas could have been seasoned better but the texture and what it came with were better than expected.
Stopped in for take out last night. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me out, but he was fantastic! Quick and efficient. I waited less than 10 minutes for my food, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they included their complimentary chips and salsa with the take out order. I ordered the tacos asada, which was a 10/10 as always!
Has a genuine Mexican restaurant feel, chips are served soon after seating. Menu has a good variety of food! They even have a 60oz margarita!
Update: Still the best Mexican restaurant in Detroit Lakes, Don Pablo’s has more flavorful food then EL-Loro and larger portions.
