An hour and 15 minute wait for two orders of waffles and one order of French toast. Completely unacceptable. We were about to walk out at 60 minutes and then the waitress came over and apologized and said our meal would be comped and that it would be out in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we were eating our breakfast while everyone else in the restaurant was getting lunch. Sadly, this will be our last breakfast experience at the Ice House.
Just went for drinks.

Was not impressed. 2nd time eating here and I won’t be back. Ordered shrimp desert fire pasta and a side of mashed potatoes. Waitress said pasta didn’t come with bread but it did come with a stale crunchy piece. Mashed potatoes were slightly warm. Pasta was slightly warm to the touch and it wasn’t a spicy pasta like it was supposed to be. The shrimp tasted ok but the texture was not what it should have been. My partner was in drag for pride and workers felt the need to keep peeking at us to see what he was wearing. Rude.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns for those with celiac disease.

Wish we read the other reviews before we came. We are staying at the hotel and just came down because we were very hungry.
The resturant was dead but it being before dinner we didn't think much of it.
The tea tastes weird, the service was slow, our app came out partly lava hot and some part still frozen inside. Took forever to get our food and our kiddo had to wait an extra almost 15 mins after our food came out. The waiter did bring her a sherbert to keep her fed until her chicken came out. The waiter did replace our app but it was still the same the second time around. Both of our meals were about the same as an Applebee's quality food. When Littles food finally came out it was so hot it burned my fingers to pull the chicken apart for her.
Leaving with the "hope we don't get food poisoning" kind of vibes.
Front Staff was nice, veiw is nice.

Our group consisting of 9 people, decided to try this resturant as they offered fresh walleye dinners (one of our group had been craving). We enter the resturant to approximately 7 other people there. Once we entered and asked if we could seat ourselves, a waitress sitting at the bar stated "I'm not on duty yet". We looked over and made the round table work for our family. We started ordering drinks and they stated they had lemonade and then a few moments later the waitress came out and stated "we don't have lemonade. I thought we did but it was hooked up to Margherita mix. I wondered why it tasted so funny". They had no zero drink products. Once the drinks were brought out she started taking our orders and she almost forgot to take one order. Once the waitress put our order in, she came back out and stated that the turkey tomato basil sandwich was not available. Let me mention, there was another order that contained turkey and tomato's, so unsure what about the one sandwich was not available. 45 minutes later one meal at a time started to emerge from the kitchen. During this time, the waitress came out and stated that they only had the ability to make one of the two walleye dinners ordered. Hmmmmmm, that took 45 - 50 minutes to find out? As our young adults started eating the patty melt had hair in it and the chicken was raw inside. One of our guests picked up the chicken tenders dinner and walked it into the kitchen and stated that it was raw. The waitress several times stated she was having a "meltdown" and the owner or manager took no accountability for the lack of service. The owner/manager then came out to the table and stated "im sorry folks, we just aren't cutting it today. I've got a new cook in the back and well......we are just going to comp your meal. Is there anything you'd like us to box up?" This is one extremely good example of piss poor management. One that throws their staff under the bus when things go wrong instead of owning their own part of the incident and authentically apologizing for the mishap. The owner manger also stated to us that "they normally hit it out of the park. When you come back we will get it right." The salad bar contained wilted lettuce. My thoughts....I doubt that with a 3.9 Google rating which will surely decline once this review is posted. This resturant lacks work ethic, accountability, team work, training, leadership and overall communication. The waitress wasn't sure what was even being offered on the menu when taking people's orders. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had. I wish I would have thought to take pictures.
Also, during our waiting for the meal the two kitchen workers came out and ate their lunch, which by the way was fish.

Our group of 9, lured by fresh walleye on the menu, arrived on a Tuesday afternoon. No one greeted us, but we attributed this to the 245pm arrival time.
Things went downhill quickly. They were out of several items, and after waiting an hour we learned they only had 1 walleye dinner. The chicken tenders were still raw on the inside, the ranch chicken tender wrap lacked the ranch, the patty melt included bonus hair, and once the management decided they were comping everything, they stopped even trying and didn't cook another thing. We threw in the white flag and called it a day. The management stated it was a new cook, but who knows.
The french fries, and onion rings had fantastic seasoning, and the large carrots on the salad bar were delicious.
