Paid extra for different topping and cheese. Got charged for it. Sandwich not made correctly. Just annoying. Not gonna go to drive back for $2, but come on.
Food was fine. Totally normal Jimmy John’s food.
All of the booths were covered with caution tape. We asked an employee why we can’t sit in the booths. Her response “I don’t know.” The only thing we could assume was that the staff doesn’t want to clean the booths.
Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were dirty, out of soap, and low on toilet paper.
Just got food from here, they were busy working away. Ordered and the manager came up and gave me my food on the house? Which I was more than willing to pay for. A wonderful surprise on this grayish April Day. The staff there is great!
It is always fresh and great service!!
Called for delivery and they took my order over the phone charged my credit card told me it was on the way and then called me 5 minutes later saying that they couldn't deliver to me and I'm only 5 miles away because I am out of their delivery area Jersey Mike's is better anyhow

I'm writing this review in hopes that the owner/manager will change things because I'd like to go here. I like Jimmy johns' food providing I get what I am paying for. I constantly get 2 slices of meat in my sandwich with half of the sandwich covered with meat making it basically a lettuce sandwich.

Order food to be delivered for my mother, boyfriend and I and had it scheduled to be here by 12:30. Food left the store at 12:24 and didn't get it tell 1:10! By the time I got my order the drinks were warm and watered down and 2 of the sandwiches where wrong both missing ingredients and one have tomatoes on it when I asked for it to be without. Love the food but this was a huge let down sadly don't think this will be my first pick for lunch anymore.
