Ordered 2 diet cokes at 7:49 through the mobile app because i was filthy from lawn work! Was the only one in the app parking lots- at 8:09 I went in to get my pops! The lady said “oh im sorry, we had 5 people in line” and then proceeded to hand me 2 empty cups so i could get my own pop! Way to go McDonald’s- your corporate office will be hearing from me!
I know everyone is short staffed but seriously!
