It's McDonald's, they always mess something up. The last visit was they gave me an iced coffee with 5 pounds of sugar in it after I said I wanted nothing but coffee and cream.

Employees were pretty rude today. The woman taking orders had a pretty bad attitude, and when we went to using our phone, she got an audible sigh is gonna be so much work when we received our food the boy who handed us our meal also had an attitude as if we were inconveniencing him and whipped our drinks out to us and didn’t even think us just ready for us to get out of there. This place is usually pretty good to go to not today. Pretty sad when you consider how much it cost for the food and how much these people wanna get paid.

Everything is immaculate. People are immaculate. I know what this word means, I promise. Such silly staff and genuinely good food for a McDonalds. I don't go there often, but they do not disappoint when it comes to being the best. I don't like people but they make me rethink this statement. #TheGoat

I usually DoorDash but decided to go in and I stood there waiting the workers where all in the back and one worker just stood there and didn’t do anything you have to order online to get your food now. That’s only way they will serve you I noticed very unprofessional

Very poor experience!! We ordered on the app got there and parked waited for 30 mins before food came out and the employee that brought out the food was not friendly wouldn't stay a word ! Then went home to eat and noticed we didn't get half the order we ordered and didn't get any straws ! 84$ we paid at a fast food restaurant and they messes it up and this is not the first time this has happened! It's a common experience at this McDonald's and we tried calling and they don't answer!! Poor service from start to stop !

Not the best choice for food or service. They've messed up my order enough times that i do not frequently visit anymore. Edit: I've come to DL location many times. I see employees wearing gloves but not hair nets. Today 11/30/2024 not only did i get a sausage egg muffin, but also a nice deep fried facial hair on the edge off the sausage patty.. I won't be going back until employees starstart wearing hair nets!
